Property was perfect for our stay...we did not eat at the restaurants, but the menu looked good. Very clean and accommodating to our needs. Staff was friendly. Since it was my first time in the area, I chose a reputable hotel rather than an air bnb due to safety and location. I knew the Sheraton/Marriot name would give us great service and provide a safe lodging. Rooms were spacious...the only "flaw" was our shower door did not completely seal and we would get a large amount of water on the floor after each shower. Would soak the bath mat. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

I was under the assumption breakfast was included but it isnt. I chose place for breakfast and pool because my son was with me but didnt opt to pay the extra $20 per person each morning. Overall place was very comfortable, with lounge, gym, pool etc.

Location to Airport and some restaurants in 5min walking distance… Rooms are spacious but badly lighted. Due to lack of proper lighting and dark furniture can’t make a good statement about cleanliness of the latter. Bathroom was very clean and properly equipped though. Bed comfy and clean as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a few amenities such as large pool area and gym, but unfortunately didn’t get to try them…

Lighting… Investing in some proper lamps and bulbs that are cool-white (as in 8000K) isn’s asked too much… The carpet and furniture seemed a bit filthy, but without said lightning hard to make an accurate statement. The door could use some insulation as the inner area of the hotel is quite noisy (but not in a bad way, more like white noise) due to that artificial waterfall in the center of the hotel. It might make sense simply turning that off midnight to 7am… Breakfast here is on menu, no buffet on weekdays. If the roof of the inner hall could be opened during good weather, even if only partially, that would *greatly* improve the flair of that area… just as an inspiration for the next renovation of that place -which can’t be too far out as things seem a bit dated…

Well, I did have to change rooms. The Ac guy/ carpenter was terrible. He broke the rest room door even more. The room was a bit warm. Ilda at the front desk was amazing. I asked her to sit in both rooms just to make sure it wasn't me. Lol. She accommodated me without a problem.

Clean Rooms. Wonderful Location, near the Chase Stadium. Nice Pool. Comfy Beds. Beautiful Lobby. The best part was Mr. Athiq at the Restaurant. Wonderful service and what a pleasant personality. Hats off to all the Team and Mngt. Me and my Family loved it!

Everything was good.

Clean, pool and spa were nice, staff were all very helpful and friendly from the front desk to the bar to the housekeeping staff, room was comfortable. Convenient to the freeway and airport

Rooms were spacious. Room temperature was perfect. Breakfast area was relaxing with the greenery and waterfalls. All the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were a plus.

Bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs. The breakfast servers needed more help. For such a large hotel, there should be more than 2 wait staff.

Wow everything. The customer service was a fresh of breath air after being in Miami. Great food in the restaurant not to mention the little older gentleman who waited on us. We just fell in love with him.

Rooms are a little dated but was told there is a renovation starting. Can’t wait to go back. The best swimming area I have found in FT Lauderdale in many years. Very family friendly.

The beds in the room were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seem to be newly renovated.

The carpets in the room should be changed along with the furniture in the living room area of the room.

Its a space room, close to I95, if you travel to Miami, and want to exit from the airport in tri-rail, the station its just cross the street, and commercial center its a just few meters, less than 10 minutos walking, have close different restaurants, like Ihop, Wendy's, etc. And gas station its in the corner. Have a microwave if want to buy food at supermarket.

The cleaning up have to request in the lobby for next day, and not refill shampoo or soap bottles, and in many days never change the blankets.
