Absolutely Excellent! I checked in very early and Irene was super helpful and very Friendly. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and also gave me an upgrade. She had a very friendly professional Demeanor, and I can’t say enough great things about her and everyone at this property. It was absolutely PERFECT!

Room was clean, confortable and modern. The bar and breakfast were very good and we had great drinks and food here. Staff was helpful and friendly all the time.

They didn't have an easy to access complimentary wifi (room number + last name should be enough). I believe it to be an important part of comfort in modern life and a 5S hotel should make it easier than a multiple steps registration. The brunch was not available at 11:20 in the Saturday we stayed in so we had to go out. After buying a few beers we found no bottle opener in the room and after requesting it we were informed we couldn't keep it in the room, making impossible for us to open bottles on demand.

Very prompt in response to us requesting a refrigerator and extra towel and washcloth.

We had breakfast twice while we stayed there, however if felt like the cost of the food was way overpriced and certain costs were not disclosed. For example, we had the buffet on the second day, because the first day we ate breakfast, we did ala carte and found the value of just getting the buffet. Unfortunately, we assumed everything was included in the buffet including pancakes and waffles, but when we received the bill, we saw that in addition to paying $35 for the buffet, they added an additional $18 each for pancakes, and waffles. It was not included in the buffet, but no one ever mentioned this to us. We saw the menu but didn’t see anything that mentions this. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

The location and the size of the rooms. The pool area and facilities near the hotel.

The breakfast is way too overpriced. The buffett is ok, but it is not worth $45. Also, we booked the room for 3 persons including breakfasts (the booking confirmation said all the meals were included) and once we were there they told us the third person is not included on that rate, so beware about this. Most of the staff were nice and helpful but there were a couple of persons who were really rude. The shower door didn´t work and couldn´t be closed, sometimes there wasn´t hot water in the shower, only warm.

Great location. In the center of Brickell. The car rental facility (enterprise) in the hotel premises is very convinient.

Maybe a future renovation

Breakfast was good, not many options but well balanced. Restaurant has excellent food, not too many options (enough for a 5 star hotel) but every one we tried, was excellent.

When we checked in, we were treated amazingly well. Nathan helped us with the check in process. He was very courteous and helpful explaining the layout of the facility.

The service at Drakes Bar was very slow. I think they were just understaffed for the amount of patrons that were there.

The MOST AMAZING STAFF EVER! Salvatore (Bellman) greeted us everyday with first class service! He needs to be promoted to General Manager! He was genuine, helpful, trustworthy and friendly! Wesley in the restaurant/bar gave superb service with a smile! My Mother and I will return just to see them and visit this beautiful hotel!! I will ALWAYS stay here when I visit Miami!! The front desk attendants were well groomed and friendly! The housekeeper on the 16th floor was so nice also! Our toilet overflowed when we first arrived to our room. The plumber was kind and the front desk moved us down the hall immediately to another beautiful room! The food and drinks were super tasty! The best Negroni and Calamari ever! It is convenient! Five star restaurants close by and a CVS next door! Simply the best!!

No complaints AT ALL !!

Everything is fine

Right in front of our room in the corridor, the air conditioner was working very loudly and this noise kept preventing us from relaxing and falling asleep. The hum was very loud in the room.

the people who work in the hotel, specially a lady name Frescia at the executive lounge the kids at front desk were wonderful helpful and Dilip the concierge

old carpet, towels old and very ruined and worn out . The shower was clean but the tube Is Dangerous getting in and out
