I have to admit when I arrive I didn't have high hopes!! However, I couldn't be more wrong!!! Once I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. As I checked in it was so easy I was in my room within minutes. The room was huge!! two queen beds plus a lounge couch my granddaughter wanted to sleep on. She felt like she had her own room! I took a shower. The three hotel provides dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. the shower was warm. I enjoyed an hour long shower. This hotel provides in the morning...I can't wait to try it. I would give this hotel!

The view isn't great at all but how much do you look out the the window. I would still rate this hotel 9.8/10.

Everything was good at this hotel. The only thing is that the breakfast coupons were given only to the adults n not for kids but which has been charged as per the rate mentioned for breakfast. It is better to clearly mention that the breakfast coupons are for adults, so while booking for the hotel, one can choose either to opt for breakfast or without breakfast. Other than that everything is good...I will really come back again if I choose to visit orlando again.

Only for the Breakfast it's better to mention clearly only for adults as the breakfast is provided with the additional cost.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. It was very good,nicely presented and clean and offered many choices. The staff was helpful and friendly especially James. The room also exceeded my expectation, it was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and I felt safe. The only issue I had was the confusion with airport shuttle. I was not provided enough information before arrival so I had to ask multiple people at the airport then finally call the hotel to get them to pick us up. I would stay with this hotel again.

This property is very convenient for the airport. My room was very clean as was the bedding. King size bed which was very comfortable. The property provides a self service breakfast which is mostly geared to US customers. It’s a safe area , has a 711 about 70 yds away and a Mc D’s 200yds or so. (There’s a small pool too, well looked after. ) All staff were really nice and helpful.

I’d hoped for a room with a view of a beach but as this was Orlando, it would have been unlikely.

Likes: room is spacious and tidy, aircon works perfectly with cool temperature, close proximity to the airport, free shuttle and breakfast which is greatly appreciated. Receptionist is helpful, listened carefully and went beyond extra mile in providing great service. Dislikes: Food can be improved - the turkey sausage and scrambled eggs are tasteless.

The hotel was nice breakfast was great as well no complaints staff was friendly as well. Very family friendly max nights recommended for a stay I’ll say 5

Having to pay for parking at the hotel I already paid to stay at that’s crazy and I’ve stayed at many hotels and holiday inns and NEVER incur having to pay for parking at the hotel I’m staying at

Very helpful at the front desk. I really liked the large soap, shampoo & cream rinse and lotion dispensers in the Bathroom. The Keurig Coffee Maker was enjoyable. Also, the Breakfast was outstanding, so much to choose from. Next time we come to Orlando, I am definitely staying here.

Everything was great at this hotel. I don't have anything to say that was bad. Highly recommend!

The location was great, very close to the airport. Beds were very comfortable and I absolutely loved the soft pillows. The blackout curtains were wonderful. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the chase lounge chair. It would be better to have two regular chairs with a small end table between them. Breakfast was good, great variety to choose from. I wish they could of had cranberry juice also.

My stay wasn’t long enough.. like I said above, I wasn’t crazy about the chase lounge chair. One other thing is the night shift desk person was very busy with the phones. You could probably use another person just to answer the calls while another person takes care of the desk and guest. He was trying to schedule pick up at the airport answering questions and getting room schedules while I waited to pay for my items from the snack bar. He was very polite but very busy.

Room layout was better than the previous hotel we stayed at. Had better TV choices could control the A/C better bathroom soaps and conditioners were in big jars with pumps not those little jars some place have.

I think the location could be better. We turned in our car early because have had a early flight but because of location there was only two (2) places within walking distance for dinner a fish place and McDonalds.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The front staff was extra friendly and accommodated me despite my flight being delayed. The shuttle guy was extra patient with me having a small child. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Orlando.
