Nice place and clean

The hot tub didn’t work. My key cards wouldn’t work because the door wasn’t working. I e also experienced discrimination and the bar where the pool table was at

Better than expected from the reviews. Same as the pictures. Facility and staff were fantastic. Cons were cooking utensils, pots and pans were adequate and usable but need an upgrade. Beds were very Comfortable. Pool and grounds were Clean and useable.

Nothing additional is provided by the facility beyond what is there when you check in. Towels- wash whatever is there or bring / buy more. Soap , detergent , paper goods ; Go shopping for them.

The Tub in the master bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. It's like a built in ground tub that is above ground and if you're not 6ft tall you can barely hop into the shower as you have to straddle the tub/shower to get in Some older couples could break a hip or fall. It is huge and all but dangerous so just a heads up...Thursday the mowers started at 8am, it's HOA and not home owner's issue but not pleased. None of the bedrooms had black out curtains and the sun blazes in so can't sleep in or take naps unless in master bedroom or downstairs which do have great curtains. Just calling it out but otherwise enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The town house and facilities within it were amazing. We had a lake view and sitting on our own private patio was fabulous. Regal Oaks is idealy placed for exploring the rest of Orlando and the shops and bars at Old Town are within walking distance.

More work is needed on access which is via key code. The post the numbers are on is very wobbly and it is often difficult to reach as a small English woman driving a massive american hire car. Most of the security man don't help, they just open their window and shout press the hash. This is not helpful when your are checking in. On our last night there were people walking to through his window. We waited but they didnt move so we tried to pull up to the pad and recieved a lot of abuse as we 'almost killed them.' I didnt see security at all. The site is very noise with people coming back to their houses singing at 2am and TV's on loud all night. I assume there are people that live there full time as there are lots of noisy cars starting up about 6am

Toilet broke as we entered unit, Toilet then leaked water all over bathroom floor, hot tub dirty had to call maintenance 3 times to have these issues fixed. Unit out dated, bathroom sinks too long to drain after brushing teeth or washing hands, oven stained inside and dirty.

This was absolutely perfect for our week in Orlando. Our apt was clean and provided everything we could have possibly needed. There was plenty of space for us, the kids and the dogs. The pool area was clean and beautiful. The hot tub was a plus.

I really can’t complain about anything. I would throw in just so people know you may want to bring extra toilet paper/paper towels. They provide some but they do not replenish.

Gated community in a prime area , just 15mins away from Magic kingdom and Animal kingdom. The house was beautiful and spacious. Comfortably accommodated 7ppl. The staffs especially vanessa were really helpful to extend their time to help me out when I lost my access card late night. Ammenities are ample to accomodate a rest datly. We had a wonderful time staying. Will definitely choose this everytime visiting Orlando.

Individual big Trash bins can be provided outside or backside or every home..charging for trash cleanup can be changed.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The townhouse itself was much bigger than I expected, and was incredibly comfortable and very lovely. The pool, slide and the private hot tub were all wonderful. The location was delightful--being a brief walk from Old Town was very fun, and I enjoyed the amount of wildlife I saw while staying there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was very happy that there were laundry services as well as a kettle.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't fantastic, and there was no shuttle service to the nearby attractions, which was a bit of a disappointment. It was a bit of a trek to get any basic groceries as there weren't really any local spots to get any.

A lot of space for my child to run around. Good location. You can park in front of the room, and it was very convenient to drive to Disney Land from there.

You need to buy shampoo, conditioner, and soap if you need extra ones. We stayed five nights there, and we ran out all of the soaps. The staff said it was on the contract and told me to pay for it next time. She still gave me the soap, but she was meant.

The property was very nice and quiet. The house was clean when checked in. The kids loved the pool area and having a hot tub on the back patio.

The kitchen barely had any pots, pans or cooking utensils. I was assured it was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans but it was not. I thought this was more like an air bnb but it was more like hotel. Very basic stuff, only one towel per bed. TVs were very small.
