N/a; No breakfast,

The fitted sheet of the percale set was very wrinkled, top mattress on the bed near bathroom needed to be flipped/ replaced, Its loosing its firmness & I discovered a bug on the bonus pillow’s pillowcase. it did not appear to be a bed bug, but I did remove & flushed it. For the safety and to eliminate possibility of and risk managing or OSHA compliance violations, please ensure future guests to check the pillows, mattresses & carpet to ensure to access/determine whether it’s time to discard the entire ensemble for a new season of new replacements.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Multiple options for breakfast, but semi-limited. Facilities were nice and multiple access points to the building.

There wasn't a whole lot we didn't like. I would say the parking spaces were limited. Some nights it felt like we took the last open spot.

It was clean very quite couldn't hear the planes when in the room.

The signs around the hotel suggesting to reuse towels, recycle but yet you go to breakfast and each slice of bread is wrapped in plastic each slice !!! And the apples were tightly wrapped in plastic, which was an incredible waste of plastic and so much damage to the environment very disappointing 😞

The property was well-kept, staff was friendly. More specifically, housekeeping staff assisting with crib and driving staff taking us to/from restaurant and airport, both gentlemen and housekeeping staff would be the reason I rebook at this location.

The sheets were so soft and after 36hours of travel from Australia to Orlando, I had the best shower and a great sleep. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was good too. I also appreciated the shuttle bus coming to get me at the airport at mid-night when I finally arrived.

When I requested to clean the room I expected daily service but I was told it had to be requested 24 hr in advance. I have stayed there several times and my room was cleaned daily but not this time therefore I was disappointed. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom and kitchen. For the amount that I paid for my room should have been cleaned daily. Next time I come to Orlando I will not stay here . It’s unfortunate

The girls at the front desk were very sweet, and pleasant.

We got a knock on our door at 930am by someone that worked there and was told check out was at 10am. I had to wake up my husband and rush to check out. Only to find out by the staff at front desk that check out was at 11am.

Very clean, massive rooms, perfect location to the airport and the free shuttle to the airport was a lovely bonus. Free coffee and teas all day super too. Very friendly staff from start to finish.

The breakfast was really good and served right on time. The staff was very helpful with my questions and very respectful. I am looking to return just because I love the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful customer service!

I loved how clean it was and how everything was easily accessible. It was a great price as well! They took us to the airport shuttle at 2am and were super nice about it.

Nothing! I wish we could have checked in earlier because we just got off a cruise ship but that’s not on them at all!
