Breakfast was great. The water pressure in the shower was really low. Pool was clean, towels for use after the pool was nice. Basketball /volleyball court was also a nice amenity that you don’t normally see. The room had plenty of outlets and different methods of outlets which I really liked. The shower came equipped with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Extra blankets in the room, everything in the kitchen was fully stocked and clean. It would be 5 stars had it not been for the shower and the chatty manager.

Besides the manager and her housekeeper talking about how we left the room in Spanish. I guess she thought we didn’t understand but we did, and I left a tip for them also gathered the towels. It wasn’t left dirty but to her it was a mess. I’m not sure how the expect for people to leave hotel rooms. It’s not like I left it looking wild. It was just offsetting to hear especially since front desk attendant was extremely nice and accommodating.

A ceiling fan and exhaust fan in the bathroom are the most amazing features I have seen in a long time. Very friendly staff, breakfast was very good both mornings. We had a king suite so having full size fridge was very convenient. We came for family weekend at UCF and our daughters apartment was next door and the school 2 minutes up the road so it was a great location. There was also good lighting and full length mirrors on closet doors.

The only weird thing was in the king size suite the bathroom is in the bedroom so the person sleeping in the living room pull-out had to come into our bedroom at night. It worked out but it was strange.

No liquid hand soap for bathroom sink. A facial bar soap is neither sanitary or convenient for post-toilet hygiene. Please replace the large lotion unit attached to the wall and replace with liquid hand soap.

Good location to family. Great overall amenities, including pool, basketball court and hot breakfast. Room was spacious.

It would have been nice to have dish soap and more than 1 dishwashing packet to clean dishes.

I've stayed here 3 times now. The staff is exceptional! Mosies at the front desk is always friendly and helpful! Maggie and breakfast crew work hard! The pool is beautiful, heated and kept clean.

I found the hotel staff helpful, the facilities clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfasts very helpful in managing long training days.

The room was really spacious and very comfortable. Having the sitting room and kitchen made for a very nice stay. The breakfast was really good as well, including the hot dishes. The staff was constantly refreshing it as well, keeping it well-stocked. The location was very convenient for our UCF graduation events as well.

Interior style is getting dated. Price paid seemed a bit high. Pull out bed was not comfortable but I slept anyway

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The Wednesday evening social hour was a pleasant surprise with wine and beer and salad, cheese, crackers, soup and more! The spa was just right and the pool area was very relaxing. The rooms were quiet even though on a main road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price!

The room had the lingering door of Ax deodorant.
