I liked the restaurant and bar option. Cleanliness was 10/10 and I’m the type of person that checks EVERYTHING.

The quality of the bar was not there. You could really emphasize on the bar aspect and really bring in more revenue. I asked for what was advertised on multiple stands on the bar counter and I was told that those shouldn’t even be out because the blender has been broken. This wasn’t a “new issue” with the blender. The bartender took a while to initially acknowledge us and take our order after we sat down and she didn’t seem to have much knowledge as a bartender. She was very nice but I think she needs more training.

The breakfast was perfect and the staff very knowledgable and helpful

The lighted mirror in the bathroom was falling off the wall and tripped the reset plug. All of the bedside outlets wete either very loose or did not work at all.

The staff is very accommodating and quick to resolve any issues that may come up.

Although they are in the process of updating showers and the like, they make sure you are still comfortable. The only minor thing I would say is that the furniture needs a bit of an upgrade

Location

The closet would not open beyond a few inches because the doors scraped the floor and got stuck. The safe inside the closet would also not open beyond a few inches because the door hit the wall. It is installed in a horrible place. Both were nonfunctional.

The location was great. The staff was so friendly & professional. They answered any questions I had & provided whatever services I needed. My room was nice & clean & very comfortable. This was a very good stay.

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and my room was spacious, clean and comfortable with bonus amenities.

Maintenance woke me up at 830 am banging and doing some kind of repair. I ended up leaving earlier in the morning because I couldn't sleep with the racket. :(

Very clean and not a lot of shady people walking around.

Maybe get smart tvs in the rooms like the days in next door that way people could log into there Hulu or Netflix and watch what they want instead of boring old cable.

It was very convenient to UCF which is where we were visiting for the weekend.

The duvet on the bed was very worn/ripped. Like it was shredding at the seam and looked like it should have been throw away.

Staff, and the Food and the Customer Service...

The shower water was horrible, it needs to be filtered... U could smell the shower from the other end of the room... It was very unpleasant... If that's normal, you can keep that... I just said to myself it's only for the night so I'm just not gonna bathe because I don't know what affects that water my have on my skin...

The room was clean, a good size, with a great bed. The hotel is very basic, but the staff are helpful and willing to offer support.

The bathroom was small. But workable.
