Rachel at the front desk is an absolute shining star! She greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. She makes each guest experience personal. We were there for a concert, along with several other guests. It was also a UCF game day. When we checked in, she asked if we were there for the concert and seemed genuinely interested. The next morning at breakfast she wanted to hear about our concert experience and even shared that she had listened to some songs by the band to talk about! Talk about individualized service. The property and location were great for what we needed. The other staff that we interacted with were also top notch!!!

The hotel is in a great location when visiting UCF. This hotel was very clean, had interesting artwork, and an array of photo collages. The breakfast area was very nice, and having a variety of diced fruits to eat was a real plus! The toiletries in our bathroom were very nice and had a pleasant scent.

Our room had a window that faced an outside wall of the hotel which wasn't pleasant. We should have asked for a different room. Apparently, there were 2 different rooms booked through 2 different sites for our family of 3, and this was a costly mistake. Wish the hotel had reached out to us earlier to rectify the error.

The staff was great. It was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. Loved the size and location of the pool and hotel. Ms. Rachel at the front desk is so sweet. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The jacuzzi has something green in it for cleaning or something and ir turned both my hair and swimsuit green. Our booking for a Queen Suite stated 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Spoke with the front desk and there is no 2 bedroom rooms on property. So the info was incredibly misleading

Very nice hotel, better value and in my view nicer amenities than the others in the area. Smaller and less busy which was nice and the facilities are good. The hotel is being renovated so only getting better. Staff are always helpful and frieendly.

Only gripe was the dietary allowances, rather lack of. But this is not something specific to the Hampton Inn Orlando East, it was a common issue in the area. Only a small number of establishments understood this and less accommodated it. But there are a few gems who specialise in special dietary requirements (mine was gluten) and the traditional food is fairly safe also.

I've never seen a hotel that charges for early check in. If the room was clean I've been able to check in early. This hotel is not busy.so the 50 dollar early check in was strange. I didn't do it. They also charge for late checkout..ii wanted an hour but didn't even ask. I was able to check in and out at cocoa beach fir no charge. Different hotel.

Our room was very nice and breakfast was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find guest laundry because it wasn’t mentioned online anywhere and I was planning on going to a laundromat. We also really enjoyed how close everything was from places to eat to a grocery store, Walmart, pretty much anything you need. All of the attractions we visited were within a half hour drive which was great because we didn’t want to stay in the touristy areas.

My only complaint is there wasn’t a vent fan in the bathroom so it got and stayed humid in the bathroom after showers

We were greeted by Ms. Rachel who was very king and funny. Hotel texted throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. Parking was great and spacious. Breakfast was on time. The hotel was very very clean which I really appreciate. I will come back. Great staff and facility.

My only observation is we should have more hooks in the bathroom and in the room. We used all the hangers between our clothes and towels. Shower curtain needs to be replaced.

All the staff were great! The pool was nice, breakfast on par for hotel continental. Hotel is quiet and tucked away from the main road. Many restaurants nearby too.

The bfast area is really tight, so it can get cramped in there. There’s not a lot of room to move around to get the food you want. The beds are horribly firm.

Love the decor and the design of the building… beds were comfortable.. staff was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable…every employee we came across.. loved the outside balcony over looking the pool .. enjoyed the breakfast and especially the complimentary ice cold water and yummy delicious chocolate chip cookies.

I really can’t think of anything it was that fantastic of a place…

The location was great, close to shops, plenty place for eating, possibilities to run and hike, and above all great place for exploring the east coast.

As an European you need to get used to the breakfast content and the fact using disposable cups and spoons.
