Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay for breakfast, and I'm not actually sure if that was included. I had read the reviews for the hotel and was a little skeptical because some mentioned roaches, noise, and rude staff. I'm pleased to say that wasn't my experience. The hotel and my room was bug free, very clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The space was actually larger than I expected. I only stayed a night, but I would definitely stay again. Additionally, I had no issues with the staff. They were friendly and professional.

The check in area is a little small with only one attendant. So there was a bit of a line at check out. I'm not sure why it took so much time when we were leaving, not coming in. Also, the parking lot is a little tight with limited spaces. Even worse with the commercial work trucks and vans taking up double parking spaces.

We had a late flight (landing at 9:30 pm) from Denver and wanted to stay in Orlando before traveling to St Augustine the next day. It was the perfect distance, because we only had an hour and 40 minutes to continue on to St Augustine. The staff was so friendly at the late hour we checked in, much appreciated! The room was clean and large.

Not much. Our room was on the side by the highway. It was a tad noisy, but not terrible. Certainly could have been worse. The parking lot is a bit small, but we were able to find parking, so no big deal.

The food available in the snack closet for purchase revealed a lack of imagination for your hotel.

Checkout was a fiasco. There was mass confusion with no relief or help. The on-duty hotel employee had a hard time working with the technology and could not provide a hard copy of my receipt. When your hotel is full, checkout departure could be eased with a temp worker during those times. Common sense decisions are important for your guests, whether they are coming or going.

The room was cute. Bed was comfortable and clean

I saw two roaches and didn’t have regular code on room just decaf( the did have a coffee machine by the office area). The front office people didn’t seem too friendly.

The smell in the building and the mattress needs to be replaced. I did not have peaceful sleep on the bed in the room I stayed in and I had roaches in my room around my cooking area.

The staff was very nice and flexible, we were able to solve every problem, room was big, clean, lovely neighborhood, whatever they promise they exceed it every time.

It was not the hotels mistake, but we had a nice dancer upstairs for one night till 3 am, so nothing to say here really...

The room's spacing was great and I loved the office area for my bf and I to be able to work remotely. Free laundry facilities is a plus and ample times for pool. Room has all that is needed to cook and prepare food and eat comfortably. Room was rather clean and ac worked great. Although there is no room service for anyone staying less than 7 days, they do help you refresh whatever is needed which I find great. Bed was big enough for both and comfortable.

The laundry facilities are always full from other people's clothes and dryers take so long to work. Bathroom needed more of a deep cleaning on toilet and shower but otherwise room was rather clean. Hair dryer needed to be replaced for the room. People in upstairs room were constantly running and making noise and make it a nuisance.

Hi, I had to check-out early( 5-am) so I did not experience the breakfast however, the desk clerk did recommend it to me during check-in. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a great experience.

Where to begin!? This hotel is phenomenally convenient! There are so many amenities to staying here, and I will try to list the top ones. Firstly, let's discuss the staff. You couldn't ask for a better group of friendly and helpful individuals. From the time I arrived until the moment I left. I was always greeted with a smile. I had the pleasure of speaking with Becca when I needed to modify my stay, as I miscalculated my trip by one day, and she was very accomodating and updated it in the system. No-fuss! This hotel is suited for an extended stay. Therefore, you'll find critical items such as a small gym and a coin-operated laundry room on-site!!! There is a small store to get snacks, water, and things you may have forgotten at home. There's plenty of parking, but the place is PACKED! One night, I did have a challenge finding parking because of how busy the hotel was. That weekend we arrived, the Daytona 500 occurred; with the addition of the contractors staying long term, every spot was occupied. If you're looking for food, don't even worry. All the apps are available. Plus, there are some fantastic places to eat nearby. Miller's Ale House, F&D Cantina, and Keke's were great! Highly recommend them. However, if you're looking to save some money, Cook!! The rooms have a kitchen! Fully equipped with a two-burner stove, dishes, flatware, and a dishwasher!! The fridge makes ice too! As a remote worker, I especially appreciated the desk and office chair right in the room. There was ample wifi, but I was blown away that there was also a wired connection! I plugged right in and was online. I took all my zoom calls and conducted business without missing a beat! Not sure what to do with your four-legged family members while you travel? Bring them along! This hotel is completely pet friendly. I made so many furry friends during my stay. I had a great time staying here, and was so bummed when it was time to leave!

Thinking about the environment, I was a little concerned about the sprinklers, they ran all night and I felt perhaps that was a tad wasteful. I wasn't sure if it was reclaimed water. The bathrooms in the room could use an update.

The room was very nice… Bed was comfy, clean room, nice size, room amenities great if you need a kitchen… Location was great, near everything…

I would ask in advance for a room not facing I-4… It can get noisy… And finally there is no Breakfast…
