Body Lotion in Shower, no body wash. Ironing board fell apart when went to open.

The property was quiet. The was a no noise tolerance policy which I was grateful for. Hot showers. There were shower amenities which I was unsure of so brought my own. There are Dove products of had soap and lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast was included and was basic eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, muffins, waffles, cinnamon rolls, coffee, and tea. Bathroom was clean. Bed was clean, comfortable, and warm. Thermostat was adjustable.

Wifi only worked on my phone and not my laptop. I would have asked the front desk to double check Wifi password, but I just used my phone, so that's on me.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. The woman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfy. Nice, updated decor. Good shower. This location is near a greenway. We rode bikes to get there. It was good to know we could bring them up to our room.

I prefer a bar of soap by the sink rather than reaching for and pumping it from the bottle on the wall. If I were disabled, this would be particularly challenging to reach.

Nice, clean & quiet hotel

The only thing was that I had requested in the comments when booking that I needed a handicap acessible room but when we arrived the clerk said she didn't see it on the booking and she had none available. But, as I asked for a refund she said I had to contact Book.com for a refund. She then waited on 2 more customers while I tried to call Book.com she looked on the computer & went someway & came back & stated, "I found you a handicap room". By then, about 25mins later I was tired & stressed out & enjoyed the room!

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. The waffles were premade which was nice. Plenty of everything you could want. Better than most hotels of its type that offer included breakfast. This hotel is VERY clean in all aspects. The room size is very generous, quite roomy and well laid out. Bathroom was roomy too with nice counter space around the sink. Shower large with glass enclosure. Very clean bathroom.

The kind bed was too soft for our liking. Most hotels now days have beds that are good and firm but have nice pillow comfort top. This bed was just too spongy. The check in person seemed confused about something as he processed our room. The access to get to the hotel is a bit confusing and difficult. If you miss the road by the McDonalds, you have over shot getting into it and then have to circle back to figure it out. Then you have to drive through the McDonalds lot and some strip mall businesses to get to the hotel.

Very clean. That was key. Every bathroom stocked and clean. The coffee and tea availability 24/7 was fantastic! Flavored creamers too! The fresh cold water available in the lobby was also a huge plus! The staff on Monday March 18 were exceptional. Continental breakfast area was very busy but the staff was on top of keeping tables cleaned as they became free and the breakfast was very well stocked . Very pleasant and helpful young man at front desk too.

I realize it's Florida and pools should not need to be heated and although the sun was shining and we wanted to swim, the pool was very cold. That was the only downfall.

I was unable to partake in breakfast because my flight left at 6:50AM from Sanford/Orlando airport and I had to return a rental car beforehand and check-in, however I loved the ice water and coffee bar available all day! Everything was fabulous! I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was by far the very best!! I especially love the pool, with an outside shower and bathrooms! Brilliant! It was also so close to the airport and many restaurants!

The breakfast was fine. The girl at the desk when I checked in was very sweet. I told her that my plane that was supposed to land in Sarasota was rerouted there for the night due to fog over Sarasota airport, and that I didn't have a toothbrush, charger for my phone, etc... She gave me a complimentary toothbrush and let me use her charger. That was so kind of her.

I was in a room that was facing a very busy road, and I couldn't fall asleep.

Was very nice and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space in the room. Love that it wasn’t a tight squeeze. Bathroom was updated with a walk in shower.

The bathroom was nice but needed a little more cleaning. There was hair still on the floor but not a lot. The clocks were on military time and the TV had no guide and the date and time on tv were wrong. No coffee pot in the room which I thought when I booked it, it had one in room.

The property was clean and well maintained. It smelled lovely upon entering. Doreen checked us in. She was amazing and super friendly! Victor had just finished cleaning our room as we arrived. He too greeted us in a friendly manner. Everything was just perfect in the room. We were impressed. Thanks for an amazing stay. 🤗

The ironing board was broken but still served its purpose. This doesn’t detract from our stay. We would be happy to return.
