The staff the room, the breakfast and pool.

The prices in the small store or astronomical for Sam's club stuff. Other hotels that I've been to have cheaper stores $4 for a candy bar like you pay a dollar fifty four it's ridiculous. Especially given the location is right off of a main freeway and in eight Lane highway there are no convenience stores in that area that you can just walk to safely. Therefore you're forced to buy their stuff if you don't have a car. I was waiting for my car in the shop while staying

Location was very convenient for where I needed to be. The staff very friendly. Breakfast had great options and who doesn’t love FREE?? Room was comfortable and well laid out. My family had plenty of room.

The spot holding the refrigerator was rotting and starting to break. Not a huge inconvenience as everything worked fine - just from a cosmetic/cleanliness perspective. Would have give the staff review an excellent except for one experience my spouse had with a day time front desk person - she came across as if coming to the desk to pay for some snacks and drinks was an inconvenience by her attitude. Everyone else was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

My room was very clean. Kudos to Housekeeping. The bed/pillows was comfortable. A hair dryer in the bathroom area would have been nice since I did not travel with one. I did a late check in. The woman at the front desk was VERY helpful. I was doing an early 4:00 checkout. She said there would be coffee and a banana ready for me. She also deserves a big Kudos. I will stay at your hotel again if the need arises.

Very convenient to mall , gas station, restaurants, just everything within walking distance. Good views from room. All Staff were super friendly, welcoming and always asking if everything was ok. The beds are soooo Comfy and great pillows. Really good rest.

We were informed upon booking that if we needed anything we would have to come to front desk and ask because they had no housekeeping during the night. The carpet in the room was kinda dirty looking. The sleeper sofa was making awful sounds every time we sat down or got up. We only had 2 wash cloths and when we requested 2 more we were informed by the gentleman at desk they didn’t have anymore ?!? Not really sure how that’s possible but we just said “ oh I’m ok!!”

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. You are made to feel very welcome. This made my visit feel pleasant. Good location for my particular visit.

Breakfast was very basic. One thing I didn't like was that everything in the breakfast bar was disposable. For example, only paper plates available, paper coffee cups, plastic disposable knives/forks/spoons, each fresh juice cup was plastic and individually wrapped in a plastic bag. All really bad for the environment as everything has to be thrown away rather than washed and reused.

Very well put together. Also there was an unexpected fire alarm due to a steam cleaner, we reacted as we should have and got out. The staff realized me and my family were the only guests that did what they should have and they rewarded us with candy and pop! Very fun experience with our girls

More of a suggestion really. Cinnamon toast crunch in the morning breakfast would put this place over the top 🤣

Extremely good value. Great, clean, spacious rooms. Loved the pool. Breakfast area was clean and orderly and food was great! Could not have asked for more.

We arrived a little early, and would have liked to have something to do while waiting for to check in, either on site or close by.

Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Would like to see breakfast served for an extra hour during the week like on the weekends for late arrivals the night before.

Excellent location, right across from IHOP and other restaurants. The rooms a very comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff is exceptional and downright friendly. Great breakfast.

Construction in the from of the building which created a lot of clutter and less parking spaces.

The person at the check in was extremely nice!!! Awesome job!! Very easy check in also. Big quiet room.

The breakfast was ok. It did have some hot items, but my son couldn’t have cereals because the milk was frozen??!! Also, the (unfriendly) staff told us she couldn’t refill the water for the juice.
