Nice gym and pool with clean towels on outside. Early check in if your a choice member which an very polite employee informed me of this much gratitude to her! Stayed here because of the shuttle service to Stanford Orlando airport which starts at 4:30 am. This will be my go to hotel! Loved the way they had the smoking areas marked! Outback,Cracker barrel, McDonald’s,Starbucks in walking distance 5 to 7 min away and gas station.

No key lock on the outside gate It would be nice if they make a cut through sidewalk to all the restaurants more accessible but it’s not bad.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, despite being right next to I-4. The pool looked nice, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it. The fitness room was nice, some of the free weights were aged (some rust), but everything I needed was there and worked great. Breakfast was good, wide selection. The dinning area was a little on the small side, so I ate in my room. The location is very convenient to Sanford and attractions, restaurants, shops, but I like to walk in the morning and there it wasn't a nice area to enjoy a walk. I still walked on the treadmill, though, so I was thankful for that. I will again say how impressed I was at the quietness of this hotel! I usually have to wear ear plugs to sleep, but there was no need. I would definitely stay here again. Great value and friendly staff.

I chose this hotel for the shuttle for our early morning flight, close to the airport. Upon check in, I scheduled shuttle for the next morning, unfortunately other guest did NOT schedule and I had to stand for the 20 minute drive in an overcrowded van. It was an expensive 12-hour stay in a hotel that we required shuttle, and that was very disappointing. The driver was not too apologetic, and stated at the end of the ride that he said a record.

Great! It was very clean and I am very germ fixated in other places so I was so pleased that every area from entrance to hotel to our room was cleaned and smelled good. Very pleasant customer service if high quality and the shuttle services very in time with us having to get to airport by 0500am. They even have items/snacks to go for clients leaving before breakfast time. I love everything about this hotel location and service I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was very friendly, greeted us every time they came in contact. The breakfast was actually more than I expected. It was good and there was a lot to choose from. Also the Front desk woman, I believe her name was mayra (I could be wrong) but she was Remarkable! She helped and accommodated us being able to check in early so we could shower and get ready for our event! Kudos to her for her exceptional customer service!!

The mattress could have been a little more comfy but other than that there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Room was bright and clean and good for an overnight stay. Shuttle service to Sanford the next day was very convenient.

Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel was fully booked and there were about 9 tables. People were standing to eat and generally it wasn’t a great experience. This next comment is true of all places we stayed in so it might be a US thing rather than just this property but it was annoying when you aren’t used to it. We booked a room for 5 but we were surprised that the room wasn’t made up for 5 people sleeping. There were two Queen beds and a sofa bed as expected but the bed linen for the sofa bed wasn’t in the room and had to be obtained from reception. With tired kids this is a step I’d preferred to have avoided.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. We always bring friends. We spend Friday night and Uber to alk the craft breweries on Saturday and Uber back. I used your AI chat and inquired about ear plugs and they definitely helped with highway traffic noise. My friends requested extra pillows through AI chat and they were on the bed when we returned around midnight. Thank you for these conveniences.

Very crowded for breakfast. We allowed all of the sports team kids to eat first, then didn't get breakfast. Not even a glass of juice. We grabbed a cup of coffee and drank out by the pool. That was lovely, but when we saw the bulk of the kids driving away and went back in the juice was turned off and nothing but 2 oranges left for Breakfast. Minor, but we had lunch plans at 1pm and we're counting on a couple bites.

Checking front desk staff were off their game last. They just looked and acted uninterested with guests checking in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning is a welcoming and comforting treat for guests. The location is great and conveniently located near Crackle Barrel, Outback, McDonalds, Starbucks and WaWa.

Been staying here the past 2 years, atleast 6 to 8 times a year. It’s starting to be a construction workers and truck driver hotel. The hotel needs to instruct construction workers about quiet time.

Exceptional breakfast with yummy waffles! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and all of the extra perks the hotel had to offer. Complimentary lemon water was my favorite. Fresh fruits and snacks. The pool was nice, and the complimentary towels that you could use at the pool area were a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have needed!!We will return for another stay if we are ever back in the area.

Dont have really any negative comments, but if I had to make a suggestion, maybe a little more variety of breakfast would have been nice. My 3 year old was tired of the same foods on day 3. Overall, they still have a large breakfast it's just the same every day.

One thing I like about Choice hotels are the beds and pillows. Beds are comfortable without being too firm or too soft (I sound like Goldilocks, eh?) and the pillows are soft and luxurious to sleep upon. Rooms are generally very clean, which is a relief to all who travel.

The room was dark in one corner of the room, absolutely no lights there and the charging station in the middle of the beds didn't work as I had my phone charging all night and it was dead, so had to plug it in hurriedly into another electrical outlet to get enough juice before I left.
