Great location, pool and hot tub were awesome. Property was clean and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The daytime cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful.

Property was a little old/outdated feeling. Our bathroom had a water logged/damged door and a stained toilet and shower, but the function and cleanliness was there. A little freshen up could go a long way.

I love this hotel. It was amazing. My kids loved it. They actually learned how to swim in the pool. The staff was amazing (very friendly and caring). 2hen I had a migraine the guy at the front desk showed so much compassion in getting my daughter and I the advil (it helped a lot thanks again). Housekeeping was amazing also. Whenever I need new towels or sheets they were right there. Even when they couldn't understand me they found someone that could relay the message and got it done. Our house was unlivable and we are not able to go back. If I stay in this hotel until I find housing I would. To the staff keep up the great work. It's very much appreciated.

The only downside side was the shower curtains had a stain. The shower wouldn't turn completely off. It had a small and I mean small slow drip. And the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked due to my sciatica and herniated disk.

Smooth experience with checking in after hours. Facility was mostly clean. Some renovations and upgrades may be in progress. Breakfast selection/availability was great. Combination of hot and continental options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. Laundry room offered tap to pay and you could monitor the status of your wash/dry on your phone (loved that). Great location, shopping, restaurants, entertainments and mall nearby. There is a park and library very short drive away. Sam’s and Walmart were not too far for cheaper gas option if needed. Close enough to parks and airport if driving although we did not select this hotel for proximity to the parks. The floors in the room were bare ( not my preference but I was traveling with little mess makers so it worked out).

Again renovations may be in progress, the hall carpet had an unfortunate odor. The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned but also some guests left trash in the area. Not sure if the spa button/knob for the hot tub was broken. Would prefer if they had the option to keep your towels or replaced with clean everyday. Cleaning staff removed the towels when cleaning but did not leave us with a set and then I had to wait because they were washing all the towels.

Our room was very generous in size (315 sqft and king bed). The room was nicely clean but smelled just a bit musty. The recliner chair was a delight. The desk chair was almost new and functioned well. The bath room shower was nice and the floor not slippery as in other reviews. The breakfast was extensive and the staff kept it well stocked. Breakfast food quality was OK but not outstanding. Our check-in desk person, Jim, was fantastic. He was professional and complete yet friendly and his fun comments made us smile.

The child height toilet is a joke. Take the other reviews seriously on this. Ugh!! It seemed the management put all the many day workers on the top floor which was good for everyone but they monopolized the one elevator morning and evening. We stayed over a Friday night and the day workers had a pickup truck party in the parking lot under our window. Thankfully they were not too loud but they did occupy more than one parking space while standing around. This is a pet friendly hotel, but large security style dogs growling and barking at each other right outside our door late in the evening was a bit much.

The price was good and the staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was warm.

I had to wait until the desk agent went up to check on some rooms to see if they were clean and ready before the system would let her give me keys. The manager actually had to release them first. When I finally got in the room it was pretty clean, but the TV didn't work and the bath tub had some nasty looking black stuff in it. In the morning I went down for breakfast which was some fake scrambled eggs and sausage, plain bagels, bread for toast, and cold cereal. No jelly or butter that I could see or yogurt, but the thing I really wanted, a cup of black tea, was nowhere to be found. The herbal tea that was available was the same three packs from the night before.

I loved the layout of the rooms, clean and very comfortable. The dove toiletries were awesome, my favorite hygiene product brand, and the first I've seen it in any of my stay in other hotels. Breakfast was good, the decor of the entire hotel was beautiful.

The main reason we decided to stay here was because there is a hot tub, unfortunately it was not working and I was disappointed that it was not specified before I booked. I drove an extra 20 minutes from my husband's job to have a hot tub, particularly so I was bummed to be making the drive and extra miles each day and didn't get what we had expected. It probably won't keep me from staying there again because I would like to enjoy my stay when it is in working order. The pool was nice. The weather is still iffy, so it was cold, and that's another reason I looked forward to a hot tub.

Our plane arrived later than expected. I called the hotel & let the hotel know of the delay. They were very understanding. Also liked having a small refridgerator in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was nice.

The room was pretty clean, but the furniture showed wear & some stains. I also didn't like the layout of the parking lot in reference to the doors available to get to our room from the outside. There was not any handicap parking anywhere near the closest exterior door.

Clean hotel, nice pool, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Easy to get to, lots of shopping and food options nearby. Great for the price.

Bathroom doors are basically double closet doors, no locks, and they stick, so you have to pull on them several times to get them to open, making it very loud. Beds are small and hard. Family of 4 could not sleep comfortably in the tiny beds. There were unruly and loud guests who ruined our stay and woke us up early, but not the fault of the hotel.

The value for my stay is excellent at this location. I enjoy staying at this location because of the quiet tree lined road with walking paths. The guest rooms are immaculate, great housekeeping team. Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is good with a variety of food options and dining area is modern and very clean. Parking is convenient to the rooms. Colton and his team at front desk have always been helpful and attentive.

Nothing ~ it really is a lovely location and great value for the money.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. It was the main point of me choosing this hotel and I want able to use it.
