Very clean hotel and room. Excellent selections on the breakfast. Parking well lit. The location was perfect for us as the eye surgery center was only blocks away.

The low fan on the room HVAC would not shut off. I turned the HVAC totally off but the fan in the unit kept running. This unit was right next to the bed so it was disturbing while trying to sleep. The pillows should be ungraded as when you lay your head on them they balloon up on the ends. Just got off a cruise ship where they used goose down pillows that are wonderful.

Clean and accessible. Loved that it had easily accessible coffee & tea and was next to a walking path.

Staff did not follow-up with request for hair conditioner receptacle in bathroom be refilled. Concerned that my credit card has been charged $50 daily without an explanation from facility. The final receipt from the facility showed a zero balance. Currently following up with this discrepancy.

Wonderful location, safe and good area. Hotel clean and staff nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast wondeful. For business it was terrific and I am sure for family setting just as nice. This hotel had it all

The wake up call from rowdy guest at 2 am but that gonna happen when there alot of events going on

Lovely & clean, staff were really nice. Large industrial washing machines and dryers - bonus not to take full cases of dirty laundry home.

The location was great had everything you would need within 5 mins drive. Breakfast needed to have bacon and eggs. Everything else was great for breakfast.

Air condition turning one and off at night woke we up from time to time, but beds we great

the breakfast should be until 6-10 everyday weekends 7-11 when your on vacation you dont want to get up early.And sadly the mattress were too firm and pillows were too soft.

Location for the Auto Train was great. Our king suite was very comfortable and the bed and pillows better than the Airbnb we had vacationed in. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have

Freshly built so everything is sparkly new! I love the Home2 Suites product. The rooms are spacious and I love having real dishes to avoid using single-use plastics.
