The hallways and common areas had a strong odor (stale, sour, damp, dogs, fish), and even though cleaning staff were constantly in the hallways/cleaning rooms, the floors were always littered with crumbs and debris. There was no vent fan in the bathroom so it always felt a bit damp in there.

My room was very clean comfortable roomy better than I expected. The staff at the front was extremely nice.

The handicap room the bathtub is not accessible for someone who has mobility issues. And the handicap parking is very limited and not near the front door of the building

Our bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! We had great space and the AC was wonderful. Great location in terms of getting to the airport early the next morning. We would definitely do an overnight stay again.

The smell was odd, and the elevator was a bit sketch. They are doing renovations and had posted about it but I felt the entire facility could benefit from being aired out and maybe enforcing the no smoking (more weed smell than anything else).

Jose the maintenance man is amazing he went out of his way to help me I really appreciate that all of the staff is very nice

My bed was super comfy, and loved the late check out. Overall it was good

My first room had no ac, it was late and nobody answered at front desk. So had to take everything back downstairs and get assigned another room. Lol it was easy, just inconvenient at 1130pm.

I thought the rooms were much nicer than their website portrays. Loved the full-size kitchen. Check in and out was very easy.

Views are terrible but I was there for New Year's Eve and didn't care.
