Great staff ,great hospitality, feels like your in the Bahamas when at the swimming pool,when you're at the pool haul or bar everybody is so friendly at the facility and kind-hearted not to mention they have free pool between four and six which is always a good time but most of all the laughter of the comedy show is a must do for a great outing or just to laugh it's good too as well I stay here quite a few times with my children or family over time and it's always been excellent. Excellent staff foods good too.

Pool view rooms are the cleanest , newest rooms . At first I was put into a room facing the parking lot and it was loaded with roaches everywhere . But I called and they immediately moved us to a pool view rooms which was so much nicer and newer !!

I really don’t like that I have to leave after 28 days and be gone for 24 hrs and then I can check back in

I requested to move rooms due to the comfortability of the initial room. It was an easy adjustment and the next room was comfortable and quiet. The facility was comfortable as well.

The first room had random glitter all over and I imagine it was from a previous stay. Consequently, I was uncomfortable and felt like my skin was crawling, I would recommend a more thorough and detailed cleaning/sanitation.

First of all, y'all... I wish I knew her name, but the girl at the front desk... Absolutely amazing! My wife and I stood and talked to her for like 15 minutes. She knew about the area and the concert venue we were headed to. She had cute twists in her hair and wore a mask, I hope she sees this ❤️ She was soooo freaking nice! Second.... The pool! So much space to lounge in, the rock waterfall, the size of the pool 😁 The pool could have been a bit cleaner but we've been getting A LOT of rain here in central Florida so I get it. The room wasn't anything special but it did have lots of really cute modern touches. It was clean, the bed was comfy, can't ask for anything more 😁 would definitely stay here again. Aaannnndddd, you're close to so much stuff!

The hallways/stairwells to the room were a bit dirty but I really didn't care. It didn't extend into the rooms so whatevs. It's not like you're sleeping there

Ice machine closest to the front desk not working. Mystery water puddle on my floor (maybe from fridge). Open Wi-Fi does not allow for a VPN to protect network traffic. Not enough power outlets and location of outlets was poor (I have a CPAP and needed to buy an extension cord).

On my last day saw cockroach. MAIN door had gaps where someone can just peak inside. Felt like the only renovated rooms where the rooms overlooking the pool area. because all of the rooms I stayed in all the outlets were ripped off the wall. floor was dirty and bed was old. neighbor were loud to the point where I can here them all the time having sexual intercourse. throughout the night.

There are two sections to the motel. I highly recommend the executive suites because they are quite and well maintained. The units that have exterior doors, the noise from the pool and other visitors is very loud. I work nights and unfortunately on Saturday there is an open bar poolside from 11:00 until 6:00 and it is impossible to sleep through the noise. The older units are in disrepair, but clean.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how nice the property looked. The pool area and lobby were extremely nice. Your staff was professional and nice.

The signs out front could use some remodeling to represent how nice your property is. The pillows are quite soft with no firmer option. The renovations were nice but appeared to be rushed a bit (painting was not a clean job for sure). The desk chair did not seem safe enough for anyone over 100 pounds to sit in. Please don't get me wrong this is still a much nicer place than I expected.

Price and location to I-4 was great, We are frequent travelers and booked here last minute for new years due to our normal hotels being booked. Although the property needs some renovation, they are understaffed so halls were a little dirty rooms were all clean tho. Very nice pool area and I believe this has to be the nicest most willing to help staff of any hotels we've stayed to include all your bigger names. Had issues a few times with our rooms but they were always willing you help no matter what.

Had to change rooms 3 times, ac broke in first, strong smell of Marijuana in the second room, 3rd room was good on smell had some issues with the toilet but they fixed it. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation in all aspects. But seemed safe

Hector (front desk) was exceptionally professional. I was greeted with such kindness that continued throughout my stay. To say that he was polite, corteous, and knowledgeable would be an understatement. Trust me folks I had some pointed questions for Mr. Hector as I am a retired Senior Project Manager of a successful Underground Utilities Construction Company and they were all answered without hesitation and politeness. As to the location....you couldn't ask for better. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The rooms... very clean, beds are very comfortable and feel brand new. The lighting is very good and the room needed no maintenance. The property.... remodeled during my last stay. Thepool is very nice to relax at and the kids will definitely enjoy it as well. The parking is ample and I felt safe. The wireless internet speed was surprisingly fast, (about 35 Mb/s down) and the business center is very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at the Opal Hotel and Suites if you ever have the chance. Without a doubt, I know I will be. And soon too I hope. Thank you

Entering the property takes a little know how especially if you're not a local like I am. The city Shut off Douglas Avenue from going through US 436 last year. When exiting I 4 Travel West for 2 traffic lights and turn left. Travel to the next traffic light and turn left again. The Opal Hotel and Suites will be on your left adjacent to the Walgreens.
