The hotel is located in a beautiful suburban area, with several restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool. The value for money is reasonable.

I indicated before our arrival that I wanted a dairy-free breakfast because I have a milk protein allergy. Despite this, next morning it was obvious that they had no idea about the matter, and they couldn't specify which dish contains dairy. They promised to take care of it by the next day, but once again, they didn't solve the issue. The air conditioner is so old and noisy that we had to turn it off.

The eggs and potatoes at breakfast were very delicious, and the bagels were very fresh. Loved that you had cranberry juice as a choice.Also one of the staff was so kind to get us glasses of ice. Hotel was easy to find and our suite was wonderful, very quiet and peaceful location. The staff was very friendly and made our stay delightful.

It was very, very busy at breakfast and they ran out of the waffle mix to make waffles. Would prefer sausage links and/or bacon instead of the sausage patties. Access to ice would be a nice addition. Bathroom design is a bit awkward, a few hooks closer to shower to hang a towel while showering would be nice.

You left your staff grossly understaffed. Beverly smiled never complained through it all. She was amazing to ALL of your customers including me. You need to have at least one person manning phones at check in. She could have used 3 people. I have a hospitality background. Everything else was good. The broken elevator panel the broken tv screen. Huge dogs and smokers outside the back door really could be taken care of better. I was comfortable the extra blanket was old style and itchy. The rest was good. Beverly deserves a raise.

Hello. So the breakfast assortments could make some improvement, such as..... Daily scrambled eggs could be made in variations, such as OMELETTE, or SUNNYSIDE UP with Baked Beans, or Sauteed Veggies. Some Danish would be nice instead of Daily Bread & Cup-cakes

The television in the living room was not working when I got there and it took 2 days to get it fixed. Also I stayed on the second floor and the elevator closest to my room was broken. I was also a little disappointed when I was informed that room service only cleaned and changed towels every other day. I did not like this at all.

Clean, homely and very comfortable. Reception desk especially Kristin was very helpful. I arrived earlier than the check in time and Kristin arranged to get me an early check in. Super helpful. Thank you!! I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks and enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very hopeful in accommodate extra requests. We had to stayed one extra night and they made a way to keep the same suite we were upgraded to. Also the breakfast was very satisfying. I was able to accommodate my pet without any problem.

Book.com claimed there was a hot top???? Book.com didn't tell us about a pet fee and didn't tell us about an incident fee??? Book.com is very misleading.

Large rooms, good breakfast

Empty coffee servers. Both evenings during stay had empty pots and again at breakfast, no coffee or hot water left. To be fair, the hotel was full, but the big pots aren’t that hard to fill.
