Very comfortable large room with couch. The only negative was that it had only two drawers. It did have a generous space for both our big suitcases and small carry-ons, so we used the suitcases as drawer space. The breakfast was unusually good. Aside from the usual cereal and pastries, there were 6 pans of hot food which varied day by day. There were always scrambled eggs and sausages, but there were additions like bacon, biscuits and gravy, French toast and pancakes. There were also make-your-own waffles. The bread choices included a pretty decent bagel (I'm from NYC and we know bagels). Breakfast was only until 9:30, including weekends. They were not great at refilling after 9:00, so it varied if you ate late. They did not chase you out at 9:30; nor did they clean up early as some places do. If there were any maintenance problem, the repair was done almost immediately. The location was central. No tourist attraction in Orlando seemed more than 10 minutes away. Universal was a little further, 20 minutes without traffic, up to 40 going home if it were raining. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a huge hospital complex across the street, so not that much dining in walking distance, but there were a few places. There were plenty of restaurants a short drive away, however.

Breakfast a little later, especially on weekends. There was not enough handicapped parking.

Price was good. Room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Was chosen because it was nearest to a wedding we were going to on that Sunday. Liked the size of the bathroom. Oftentimes the bathrooms are on the smallish side. This one was a big bathroom.

Air Conditioner in room wasn't the best. It was putting out cool air but at a very low level. We turned it all the way down to 65 and it never got to that coldness. It definitely needs maintenance. It wasn't hot though so we didn't really fuss over it. It was just a two night stay for us. We did let staff know as we left. Hopefully they've fixed it.

Location is great when you have family or loved ones in hospital. Walk to hospital and other medical facilities is less than 2-blocks. Hotel is so convenient and parking is ample and free. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice, bed super comfy with several types of pillows to choose to get a great night sleep. Hotel is very clean, workout room is convenient and rarely used, and breakfast and selections are very good! Several places to get fast food nearby (Panera's, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, and Cindy's Cafe). More restaurants and shopping about 1.5 miles away off N. Orlando in Winter Park. Great price for the money!

Music (entering into hotel) playing outside is a bit loud when your rooms are facing parking lot.

Clean, great location for downtown with plenty of restaurants nearby. Free parking. We had a king size bed with pull out sofa. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was mediocre in comfort. Springs definitely could be felt. But, alright for one night. The staff greeted us with smiles and pleasant small talk. They were accommodating with extra towels and pillows. Ice water with fresh lemon is provided in the main lobby all day. The pool was clean and perfect temperature and size. The hot tub was great! Outside towels are provided. The included breakfast had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, round and linked sausage, bacon, cereals, yogurts, fruit and I saw lots of assorted breakfast breads and someone was enjoying a waffle. This will be a go-to hotel for future downtown Orlando events for sure. We had a great stay. Oh, and check-out time is noon!

I really don't have anything to complain about. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage links are ok. Do not expect them to be like your Mom's home cooking.

The room had a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. The large screen tv could be seen in both parts of the room. Lots of outlets for plugging in electronics, such as computers, chargers, etc.

Room lighting. Although the room had plenty of lamps, I find the absence of overhead lighting in American hotels to be annoying. Although there were lamps on both sides of the bed, they were not bright enough for reading, because the shades obscured a lot of the light, and the lamps weren't tall enough. As fervent readers, my husband and I need more light than most American hotels provide.

We were really looking forward to the continental breakfast. Upon entering the dining room, we were informed that there was no coffee and no juice available. Of course we were upset. But one member of the staff actually made a trip to Starbucks for coffee and offered it to everyone in the dining room. She also offered juices and water from the cooler in the lobby area for no charge. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to make their guestshappy this morning. This extra gesture, makes me feel that I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

We were checked in by Bebiena and she was so nice. It was very comforting after a long stressful drive. She was an absolute joy. The next morning I spoke with the front desk and this lady whose name I can’t remember, was so nice and helpful also. People really do make a difference. Also the breakfast and service personnel were excellent. Everything was delicious, everyone was friendly, everything was clean.

Great selection , different items.meats were greasy, had plenty to choose something that makes you happy.

Had an incident where my grandson threw up the greasy sausage and informed attendant of mess on floor. She seemed really agitated about it. Tried to apologize and she seemed ill about having to clean it up.

It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Staff was all friendly and cheerful. I left my necklace in the room, and they were very responsive and let me know that they had found it. It has sentimental value, and I was so relieved that it was found in the room! Thank you so much.

The room with two beds was fantastic! It had a refrigerator and microwave, a work desk, plenty of lights and lamps, plenty of places to hook up electronics, plenty of space to put suitcases and other items on, a sofa, really nice and clean bath. Cleaning service was excellent and made beds and put more coffee and tea in room without us asking! Very impressive! I asked front desk if all the rooms with two beds had all the amenities like ours and was told - Yes!
