We left too early to have any breakfast. The beds were comfortable. It was noisy being that it was facing Lee Road. Next time I will ask for a room on the back of the building. The staff was very friendly. It is a convenient location to my business meeting. I stayed last year and so liked it so much I stayed again. I will be back next year !

Only the noise level from Lee road which you can’t do anything about.

The property was clean, comfortable, and all of the staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and nice. I appreciate them so much for all their help. They never bothered me and were always available for anything I needed. I stayed here for seven days while waiting to move into my apartment, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for my budget, especially around the holiday.

The elevators had a burning smell and they scared me at times. But they did their job and never broke down. Hopefully they upgrade these soon. Either way, I’d return and stay again.

everything was great the room, bed. breakfast, the suites it was in a great location and area it was easy to fine and it was near the interstate.

could use more lights in the room it was only one lamp in the whole room it was hard to see want it got dark out side but we manage it.

The hotel was great, bed was comfortable and the room was big. The breakfast was very poor, there was no protein available at all....... I would add some scrambled or boiled eggs, or some ham and cheese. Some people dont like sweetbreakfast

TV had a bunch of lines through it, the hallways smelled like ashtrays, even though it is a non-smoking building? No other complaints.

Was so dirty and smell bad every were. Property was unsafe since there are not responsable for your vehicle We were there for only 20 min while we found another place and our dogs got fleas. Very disappointed

It was close to my Job I was doing

That I asked for my TV in my room to be fixed because it would just shut off. Nobody never fixed it or put a new one in my room. I was and am upset about that.

The shower head would make an annoying, high-pitched sound during most showers.

Hurricane Ian escapees…the bed was comfortable, staff was great under horrible circumstances. The Lobby flooded, but not our rooms…the staff made adjustments and breakfast was always served.

Nothing…can’t complain.
