Add on parking charges. Charging an extra 22.95 on my card without an explanation. That charge was over the guaranteed final price during reservations.

Breakfast was good, staff was great, bed was comfy.

Building was a little run down, carpet worn out

Friendly staff....very good breakfast....clean facility .....a bit far from everything but I'd stay again. Applebys was just a walk through the parking lot....

I don't like elevators at all and there were no ground room floors when I checked in. The elevator makes waaaay too much noise as it's arriving and once inside. It sounds very old.... I was on the 6th floor above the pool. The sounds of screaming children every evening was a bit much to deal with. The parents were no better. I even saw a man who had gone there to read his book get up and go indoors. That's a shame. The hotel needs to post a sign about noise with regard to respect for guests privacy.

We didn't eat in the hotel dining area. We cooked in our suite which was very well equipped with a Stovetop Stove, Refrigerator with Freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, cutlery, dish cloth and paper towels. Bonus was Walmart delivered groceries to the hotel.

We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Staff was very nice and personable. The location is nice and convenient. I enjoyed walking in the area. Although we did not bring our dog this time, I love that she would have been welcome.

The furniture in the room seemed old and had a bad odor when we arrived. More vegetarian breakfast selections and real Florida orange juice would be nice.

We arrived earlier than the Checking in time, the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable she checked all the options to get us a room. We did get a room even better than what we booked. The room was large, nice and neat with a cozy bed, smell good, clean sheets, large parking spaces. Price was surprisingly good especially for same day booking.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were so awesome.

Front desk staff not overly friendly but they were fine. Wish the parking fee had been advertised better - don't love surprise additional charges.

Difficult to get to. Long hallways -Lonby is at one end instead of being in the middle. . Needs an update. Road construction around. Need to check supplies in room ie shampoo
