The hotel was impeccably clean. The staff members were polite and always helpful. It was also extremely quiet. I had all the ammmenities I needed to be comfortable. Toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were provided in large volumes. . The breakfast that was served was always delicious. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

The laundry facility had no detergent (at the time), but I suppose that's easily solved by bringing your own or getting some from the nearby CVS, which is only a block away. There is no shuttle service from the airport.

Breakfast was fantastic - great selection! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, kept the area very clean and stocked throughout the morning - accomodated extra requests. Wonderful start to the day!!!

Although the room seemed very clean, it would be great to have the carpets removed and just a clean floor - there was a little bit of a musty smell in the room, and I think it was because of the carpet - but very clean overall!

Staff very kind both when we checked in and late in the evening. Mark was very accommodating. We liked the extra sink and the beds were very comfortable.

Family did not like breakfast choices, expected scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Only other thing did not like was the short toilet, tough to get up off from it, especially for older people.

Wonderful customer service! It was the first time I used a hotel that had my room ready well before check in time! I greatly appreciated that!

The mattress in our room felt older- it was concaved in the middle and coils were noticeable.

Bed was comfortable, facility was clean and bug free

Hot tub was not heated and the staff member did not know if it would heat and would have to call an engineer to take a look at it and the engineer lived far from hotel. Breakfast was sub par.

Love they have an indoor pool n jacuzzi. We didn’t utilize but definitely next time file sure

The breakfast was fine, the fresh fruit is always good, the omelets were good. Making your own waffles is good, maybe provide 2 waffles irons...

The spa was working upon arrival, but the next day it was drained, was looking forward to thst.

I had a roach run across the floor during my stay, there was persistent pipe noises emanating from the bathroom, and I'd love to have a straight egg breakfast option. One day was sausage and biscuits which is not my thing.

The breakfast was delicious. The location is a little more than 5 miles from the Springs, but it is close. It is clean and very nice for intimate family setting.
