The room is fantastic !!!!!.... More like an apartment than a hotel room... Cozy... Kitchen is great with cute dining area.. recliner in the sitting area was a great surprise 😁

I was disappointed that the fitness center was not open... Still under construction 😞 that was one of the key reasons I chose this hotel... To be able to workout without traveling to a gym. The WiFi is spotty and frequently disconnects... Often in the middle of an online pool game against other people 😞 the disconnect causes the game to freeze and I lose the game 😞 Also, the key cards don't work all the time... Very frustrating

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Price was good.

Only thing I can complain about is we had a hard time getting into the pool because the gate wouldn’t open with our cards no matter how many times she tried updating them. Thank goodness for a little girl who can squeeze through the fence lol. Oh and we had to get the cards updated a few times because it wouldn’t let us in our room and I little too far from SeaWorld

The front desk reception Mrs michelle is very kind polite she doesn't play she go by the books .your housekeeping women they are sweet, very polite clean it stay smelling good . Just keep up the good work everyone does a very good good

I don't have any complaints

very clean, had a pool, lots of parking, in unit laundry, you can ask for dishes if you get a kitchen, and elevator so you don’t have to walk up so many stairs.

the location or it could have just been me but everytime i went to visit my dad it took me on the highway and i hated that.

Close to everything I needed

Had to ask to be moved to another room, because the TV didn't work. The front desk person said that she would have maintenance look at it. But when I talked to maintenance he said that the TV was broken and should have told me that instead of making me wait

The smile when you get on the elevator needs to be cleaned the hallways, and stairways should be clean as well

This is the first Extended Stay I've been to that didn't have plates and silverware, or even cookware. The breakfast options were very paltry. I was unable to cook a meal for my kid in the room. Using this feature was why I chose this chain over others.

These people here open their hearts to me my son n I was homeless wen I got they didn't have any rooms available but they heard my situation n found me a room I have been here since June 30th n they continue to help anyway they can thanks the staff Stephanie..Kalyan..Breanna..Anthony all great staff members gid bless you guys for helpn us ...

The staff were very nice and helpful. It was affordable and comfortable. We will be back if the rates stay as well as what we received. It was worth the 25-minute drive to work.

It was nice to have the full kitchen very convenient for us. Although the dishwasher did not work, breakfast could have been better. Not a major complaint ,we left happy.
