The staff was very friendly. The pool was closed our first two days. But the third day early in the a.m. the pool was fixed. Yay! Beds were comfy. It is an older building that has been remodeled. ALL of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and inviting. The location is great. Tons to do. Busy...but not tourist trap Orlando busy.

The pool being closed (But was fixed and able to enjoy day 3 of 4 of our stay). It's a cold breakfast at this location (they are mid remodel of the eating area, laundry facilities etc). The hot breakfast at their other locations is the biggest selling point for what you pay for this range of hotel. We had to switch rooms immediately due to a clog in the restroom. They were quick to get us taken care of and apologetic.

When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very friendly,the rooms was clean ,fluffy pillows beds was fair ,a/c & heat worked great ,the pool was nice & clean . When I ask for towels or room service or ask for extra toilet tissue or body wash the house keeper didn't know English,but smiled & gave me what I pointed out ,good breakfast ,good prices on the room ,the TV worked good ,,clean outside parking lot ,great location very satisfied with our 5 days me & my kids stayed

I didn't Know about breakfast and I was there for a week. I did not ask though. I liked the view of the steady Highway in the rear of the building so I sat out there some nights. My room looked over the pool in the courtyard area and it looked very inviting, but it was a little too cold for me to want to swim, the week I stayed in late Nov.

Overall great vibe and great stay other than my tv remote not working unless you were right in front of the tv. I got a kick out that and had a laugh with the staff but I felt like I got the perfect room.

Would like for you guys to drop my prices a little lower because if you can see, I’ve been a valid customer with you guys for several months now I would like for the price to be a little lower for me. I should’ve been able to pull up some kind of points or reward.

The bed was comfy

There was a light right outside the window, so even with the curtains I had to use a sleeping mask. We asked to give us extra shampoo but the receptionist didn't have any on her and despite promising to get us some, we never got any and ended up buying a bottle ourselves.

Everything. All the amenities except no microwave.

No microwave, 2AM fire alarm had us waiting in 28° weather for two hours outside in the cold. Smoke was coming out of the roof on one side. Luckily it was nothing major and we were let back into the hotel. Breakfast was super limited.

The place really looked nice driving in. The staff was very friendly and got me checked in right away. You could see that lots of work were going on as there had just renovated the hotel. They were still putting things into place. It looks like it will be a really nice place when they finish and get all the kinks out. The system had some bugs and was not updating available rooms as the guest in front of me had some issues which they fixed right away. I was very peaceful and fairly clean. I did have to take off a few points as the room was clean but there was some trash and a bit of dust behind the nightstand. I did let the clerk know upon check out of this issue. The price was right and the location was good. There was plenty of stuff around. My wife got a bit hungry later that night so it was only 2 minutes to the store to grab a bite to eat. It was close to the interstate and not far from Orlando.

I did not like that I found trash behind the nightstand. It would be great if they did a recheck to make sure things were fitting clean correctly. Another small issue was the tissue holder was rigged and they should have talked a bit more time and done it right. Let's keep cleaning and repairing things right and you will have happy costumers and can charge a little more.

The young lady at the reception was very polite; we loved her service. However, I didn't ask her name, but we arrived today, February 22, 2015.
