Room was modern. Nice beds, pillows, furniture, tv and desk areas (had charger and outlets readily available everywhere. Breakfast was good quality. Front desk staff friendly. Good price for my stay. Very good value. I would stay there again and recommend it. Probably just stay there every time I need a room in that area. I like the double queen better than the king.

Small things. The breakfast seemed under staffed. Food not replenished and garbage not emptied (hard to stuff paper plates into garbage receptacle, hole is too small). The single person there was doing the best she could. not her fault. Probably did not want to complain to her supervisor (afraid to look bad), so I will complain for her. Front desk very friendly. Room cleaning was not very thorough. Forgot towels one day, forgot to restock coffee another. Need a check list or follow the one you have.

I love that it’s right beside a Walgreens, you don’t need a car. The area itself is gorgeous, my husband and I went for a walk it was so beautiful outside. And I’m going to specifically give a shout out to their continental breakfast because it was fresh and delicious and I typically find Continental breakfasts to taste very cheap and flavorless, so that was definitely a pleasant surprise.

The only thing I didn’t like was how much it cost to get a drink. I ordered two tequila sunrises and it came up to $29. Additionally, I asked for double shots in the drink and she told me it was $10 per shot so for sure it’s a BYOB situation. for anybody reading this I wasn’t quite desperate enough to pay $10 for a shot lol.

The hotel met my expectations. I stayed there the night before boarding the Amtrak Auto Train, which was just five miles away. Breakfast was included and was decent, with really good Starbucks coffee. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel offers a happy hour with a nice selection of wines. If you prefer to dine elsewhere, there are options nearby—I walked across the street to a sushi restaurant, which was excellent. If you're traveling through Florida and need a comfortable place to stay for the night, I highly recommend this hotel!

From the minute, we walked in, we were treated amazingly by the staff. we chose this place because we had to evacuate for hurricane Milton and because they allow dogs. This is the place I chose being on the East Coast because I’m from the West Coast where the storm was going to come in and we had just gone through hurricane Helene. The property was very clean. The room were amazing enough room for four of us and our dogs. I have booked this actually Sunday night October 6, 2024 to arrive on the seventh for the mandatory evacuation. I had spoke with Zayee (spelling) and asked about a microwave for the time we’re gonna be there and since we’re gonna be in a hurricane situation, we wanted to be able to make food while we were there. I asked about how the building was and she said they are actually hooked up with a generator to. I believe an old folks home so they don’t usually lose any power. She was amazing and very helpful. When we got there on Monday, I had talked with Amelia and she said that she will make sure we get a microwave in the room tomorrow morning, which would’ve been Tuesday the eighth, at that time I asked her about staying possibly till Friday. She said us up so we would be in there till Friday so we didn’t have to worry about the storm coming over on Thursday and have to get out when it’s really bad out with the wind. The next morning on the eighth I went down and I spoke with Elizabeth, who was extremely helpful and personable, and I set it up with her to actually stay till Saturday just in case which I did ask if we could cancel if we need any of course we can. I wish I could remember the person that helped us on Wednesday because we sat at the bar we had a drink. We stayed in the lobby playing games with our dogs our side they were four was perfect. That building is completely soundproof that we didn’t even know it was raining out with this storm that came across before it even made landfall on the West Coast.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like the property was awesome and I would definitely stay in there again whether it’s for mandatory evacuation or just visiting Central Florida in Orlando.

Overall this was a very lovely place with a quiet location but yet still close to everything. The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from and the location was very clean with modern accommodations and a lot to offer. A very good value for the money. I would recommend this place.

The ice machine was not working on our floor. This location was still undergoing renovations, so only one elevator was available for guest. The in room bathroom not being completely enclosed, which I am not a fan of but that is more of a preference thing than an issue.

The rooms and the lobby looked like the place was new. Large TVs and comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast.

I had called the day prior to see if we would be able to get an early check in as we flew in from out of state for my dad’s surgery. Was told yes and would be no charge. Called on our way in and was told there would be a fee for early check in. No choice but to have to pay upon arrival (around 11am) however, the 2nd room was ready in a half hour or less with no early check in fee.

I liked that it was in a quiet area and centric to stores and I-4

The lobby looked a little bit sloppy. The couches in the lobby were dirty and stained the floor looked a little dirty as well, and the staff when we arrived around 620 was not the most friendly or professional looking and also the breakfast was not appetizing. the rooms were good and clean, so we were happy with that.

Very clean and modern. One of the biggest hotel rooms we have stayed in. Great amenities in the room. Had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed.

No cons that I can think of. Would love it if they had more options for onsite dining other than premade snacks in their market.

I've stayed here for the past 3 yrs during my daughter's dance competition. I was really impressed with the updates and remodeling

During breakfast the staff that was helping to keep the food filled and the area clean wearing their outside coat reaching over and around the food

The room was very nice. Staff were great. I especially appreciated their help in getting transportation to the airport at 5:00AM when my Lyft driver bailed without warning. Breakfast was good.

I would have liked the airport shuttle service to begin earlier in the day. So many flights out leave early in the morning and the requirement to be there 2 hours ahead of time means guests need transportation to the airport early. I would have been willing to pay extra for the service. My room didn't get cleaned one day that I was there. That would have been ok had I known before hand.
