I liked the bed, kitchen, recliner, and pool. The coffee was also very good, even the decaf being fresh brewed in the convenience store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There seems to be a moisture problem at least on the second floor, likely due to lack of recirculation of the air in the rooms. It was cool enough but a slight musty smell due to it not evaporating properly. Probably easily remedied with dehumidifier or extraction fans.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay for breakfast, and I'm not actually sure if that was included. I had read the reviews for the hotel and was a little skeptical because some mentioned roaches, noise, and rude staff. I'm pleased to say that wasn't my experience. The hotel and my room was bug free, very clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The space was actually larger than I expected. I only stayed a night, but I would definitely stay again. Additionally, I had no issues with the staff. They were friendly and professional.

The check in area is a little small with only one attendant. So there was a bit of a line at check out. I'm not sure why it took so much time when we were leaving, not coming in. Also, the parking lot is a little tight with limited spaces. Even worse with the commercial work trucks and vans taking up double parking spaces.

We had a late flight (landing at 9:30 pm) from Denver and wanted to stay in Orlando before traveling to St Augustine the next day. It was the perfect distance, because we only had an hour and 40 minutes to continue on to St Augustine. The staff was so friendly at the late hour we checked in, much appreciated! The room was clean and large.

Not much. Our room was on the side by the highway. It was a tad noisy, but not terrible. Certainly could have been worse. The parking lot is a bit small, but we were able to find parking, so no big deal.

The food available in the snack closet for purchase revealed a lack of imagination for your hotel.

Checkout was a fiasco. There was mass confusion with no relief or help. The on-duty hotel employee had a hard time working with the technology and could not provide a hard copy of my receipt. When your hotel is full, checkout departure could be eased with a temp worker during those times. Common sense decisions are important for your guests, whether they are coming or going.

Location was excellent for going to Daytona or Orlando. Conveniently close to I4. Comfortable bed with real pillows.Nice having mini kitchen and full size refrigerator.

Could use a little upkeep on bathroom but was completely functional and clean.

I saw two roaches and didn’t have regular code on room just decaf( the did have a coffee machine by the office area). The front office people didn’t seem too friendly.

The staff is amazing Gabby was very helpful vibrant and have a great personality, the hotel was very clean my room was nice and clean had everything I needed to prepare a meal. Great location

The smell in the building and the mattress needs to be replaced. I did not have peaceful sleep on the bed in the room I stayed in and I had roaches in my room around my cooking area.

Everything was great, I have frequent Candlewood suites and I must say that the staff at this property is very friend and professional. The hotel is clean room was great.

Hi, I had to check-out early( 5-am) so I did not experience the breakfast however, the desk clerk did recommend it to me during check-in. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a great experience.
