The hotel was great. The room & breakfast area were very clean. The room looked modern and was very spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The hotel staff were really friendly. The breakfast was just what we needed. There weren’t a lot of option, but there was more than enough. The selection of food varied per day. Everything was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. We would come again to this hotel.

The only thing was that the room smelled a little musty, but that’s probably because of the carpet. But it was not that bad.

I liked how easy it was to book! I was able to book online and check into my room all within the same hour. It was late at night, too. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot, there were plenty of towels, and I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. I was also able to check out an hour late with no extra cost which was very convenient.

My door was quite stiff–I really had to pull/push it to get it to open and close. There was also only one person avaialble at the desk at 10 P.M., which I understand, but I waited for about 15 minutes with two people in front of me (and two more behind me). Hopefully they can have more staff on hand to assist with late check-ins! Also, they are cashless, which I know might be an issue for some.

Apopka Holiday Inn was excellent value in a reasonable location for us when travelling north from Orlanda. The room was very large and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good given the price. Restaurants were a short drive away. In summary, an excellent value stay.

Synthetic cheese omelettes were not as good as scrambled eggs.

Very clean facility. Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Hot eggs, sausage, and hot oatmeal with make your own pancakes. Cereal and fresh fruits. Area and tables were clean.

Bad customer service. At check-in front desk attendant was not present. Had to continuously call and then she came out. In the middle of checking me in she excuses herself, goes in the back and takes about 8 minutes. Sounded like there were kids in the back room. At checkout the next day no one was there because they were “training someone”. Bathroom sink was as clogged.

Nice room. Comfy bed, slept very nice. Breakfast was good, but had to wait a bit. Night staff at check in was very accommodating and helpful. Was quick to check us in also.

Parking was far, had to park in the back as all the spots were taken. A bit of a walk to my car, but I also arrived late so it's understandable.

The room setup was great! Staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating.

That there were only 2 luggage carts for the whole hotel. There wasn't one available when I needed to leave, even after waiting about 30 minutes hoping to get one. Carrying my things was physically challenging and required multiple trips due to limitations.

Great location for our needs. Clean room and public spaces. Friendly staff. Great included breakfast.

There is always something wrong with the shower. We had to call because this time the shower was clogged. Also, since they changed the window blinds, even with posted instructions we can never get them to work so we ate stuck with closed blinds

I liked the beds and design of the room, the breakfast, and convenience of parking/location for our Apopka stay (was visiting family in town, not for Disney)

The room had a little bit of dirty details in the bathroom, the floor caulking, very minimal. Overall, I didn’t feel unclean, but it prevents me from giving a perfect 10. Also, expensive for Florida I feel. $185 per night for a very straightforward standard cookie cutter Holiday Inn. But that may be because it was a holiday weekend.

Location was good. For the price of the room, I expected better. You could hear noise from other rooms and hallway. Bed was just okay, nothing to write home about. Breakfast selection was okay. Employees were awesome!

Noise, uncomfortable bed

It exceeded all of my expectations for what I needed. I would absolutely book here again and recommend to friends and family.

I didn't like not having the flip bolt lock at the top of the door. It looked like it had been removed and that alone was the only thing I wasn't happy about.
