The breakfast was great! My mom enjoyed it and was so happy!! The staff when we first walked in to check in were SO nice and welcoming!! I definitely had to let her know! The rooms were so clean and comfortable! I love how they set it up the queen bed rooms, the beds were comfortable enough, especially for one person each. The location was AMAZING!! I stayed here because my friend lives like 15 minutes away. I loved how quiet it was and didn’t hear the traffic from outside or anything!! It’s definitely a hidden gem but so beautiful and amazing!! Thank you Hilton Garden for being amazing!! I’ll definitely be back when I visit my friend and Disney! Disney is about 30 minutes which isn’t bad, better than dealing with the traffic with hotels close to Disney and all parks. I didn’t take much pictures but I did get a few cute shots of the fountain they have in the entrance and the outside of the hotel! Don’t think twice about this hotel, it’s WORTH it!!

Breakfast /service was excellent.

We had breakfast vouchers. The computers were down when we checked out so we could not get an invoice when we checked out. When we received it by email we realized we had been charged for one breakfast. When we called to complain we were told we would receive a credit on our card but we never got our credit for the one breakfast.

This was our second stay in six months. On both occasions we asked that our room be serviced daily (make bed, clean towels etc.) and on both occasions this request was not met on at least one day each time we’ve stayed.

The room was big and clean. After quite a few visits to hotels in the USA, the laundry room in this hotel was very clean, unlike other hotels so far. The staff is friendly and professional.

The door to the bathroom needs repairs. Maybe an irrelevant comment, but in Europe we pay for the hotel after completing the check-in, not as soon as we arrive at check-in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they made you feel welcomed. The cleaning staff was excellent and brought us anything we needed from towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The restaurant was nice and the food was good.

I didn’t like that the refrigerator in the room didn’t have a freezer and credit card reader on the washing machine was not working properly .

It was just so clean. Easy to find. People were great! Parking was great. Pool was clean.

Hilton Garden is always a delightful, quick stay. Everything is impeccable, the staff is always helpful, and the location is excellent.

Would prefer the check out to be a little bit later.

there was no option for free breakfast like their sister hotel, which wasn’t much difference in $ or amenities. I wanted to purchase something from the shop and there was no one at counter check me out. (wasn’t late). there was a large stain on the carpet.
