Was a good place to stay. The only issue is that since this is an extended stay facility there are a lot if people that are using it as their home. These people have a tendency to be very disrespectful of neighbors and become load and make a lot of noise. Thus, the reason they probably don't have a permanent residence. My use was as a hotel for a few nights and others use as permanent housing

Some of the other guests didn't respect the fact that there are other people in the facility

The room was real nice

I checked out a day early. The person checking me out was totally worthless. She tried to tell me i had to pay for both days even though i checked out early after 1st day. She was on her cell phone talking to someone she knew about what gas station is open instead of getting me out of there, She actually was in a stupor it seems and totally confused with a big line of folks behine me. should not of happened like it did.

Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major roads.

Breakfast was minimal. Same food everyday, but hardboiled eggs not always available. This grab and go breakfast really needed fruit! No hot water for make your own grits/oatmeal. These items had to be made in the room, not breakfast area.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and the Sanford airport, The hotel was more reasonably priced than other hotels in the same vicinity.

The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Coffee, yogurt, instant oatmeal, and prepackaged pastries. Since this is a budget style, extended stay hotel we were not expecting much. Since the price was more reasonable than other hotels we were okay with this. Just don't expect much from breakfast.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice amount of room. Large fridge.

I would’ve liked a to go breakfast. I asked if I could get a muffin or something to go for the next morning as we were leaving early and they laughed and said no. Which is fine, but would just be a nice option if requested.

Upon entering I was met with a very friendly face and welcoming front desk attendant. She made check in very simple and offered me water. She also made sure to answer all of my questions before I could ask. The room was very clean considerably spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's also in a great location and near a lot of things.

It was very clean and love the amenities in the room. The floors were luxury vinyl plank so very clean and full size refrigerator. Glass cooktop. And very important for this area, they have soft water when i took a shower, so did not leave a film on me and hair after. Beds were very comfortable, desk, large screen television and convenient places to charge my devices. Air conditioning worked very well in my room also which is important to me

The desk person, Chantille. was very courteous and professional in explaining the issue about the unnecessary early check-in cost added to my bill and how it would be corrected at check-out!

The so-called extra charge of "checking in early" at midnight for $128 was NOT very well explained!! I asked how can it be an early check-in charge when I'll be checking out in less than 12 hours? Not really any good explanation and the clerk did NOT try to contact anyone about the absurd extra charge!

This was a last minute option because my ac unit went out In my home and I was able to look online and book asap. I was able to sleep in a comfy, clean, and cool room. The receptionist was friendly upon my arrival and checkout process was quick. My room came with a small kitchenette which is good to know for my next visit.

This hotel is located near hotels and grocery stores and about 10/15 minutes from Sanford airport. The room was amazing! It was huge, very clean, really comfortable beds and a recliner! Has a nice little kitchen, however you must ask at front desk for anything you need. There aren’t any utensils at all in kitchen, not even a coffee pot and cups. It would be nice if front desk mentioned that when you checked in. That’s a pretty small detail, but when your exhausted after a long day, one extra trip downstairs to sort things out isn’t fun. There is only coffee and a muffin in the breakfast area in the morning. Staff was friendly.
