The hotel was clean, but Monique/ Monica, I can't remember her name was super nice and friendly and helpful. Also the managers assistant was great he was very attentive to the guest. The cleaning crew I wish I would have paid attention to their names was also great. I needed anything I could ask, and she would go get it for me. Now for anyone who is looking in the summer for a cheaper stay but still wants to head to the parks 23 minutes away from Universal and 40 minutes from Disney. The hotel is in a good location with a lot of places to grab food and shop. The breakfast is not big but they do change it up which is nice.

When I checked in, I was notified that they were cleaning the carpets in the hotel. Since I was traveling with two small pets and my kids, I had to cancel my plans for the next day. Just so I could stay with my dogs while they were cleaning the carpet.

The breakfast at Towne place suite was top notch. The hotel complimentary breakfast had scrambled eggs, bagels and sausage as well as piping hot oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, almonds, brown sugar and dates as mix ins. They also offered cereals, breads, and yogurt alongside a waffle iron with syrup, sugar free syrup, and apples and bananas.The highlight for me was the bar with coffees/tea, apples, bananas, and my favorite… pancake.A lady in charge of restocking the food was attentive, and responded to my request -no more oatmeal.

No refill for oatmeal-breakfast.

My stay was very pleasant. The strategic location made it easy to access parks and attractions, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious for a good rest. The hotel's breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The room's soundproofing could be better to minimize noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

I liked how spacious the room was. I also liked that our room was ready as soon as we checked in. Checking in process was easy and quick. All the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Not sure if an incident took place while we were offsite but there were police officers talking to an individual (not sure if the person was a guest) in the front area when we came in.

The breakfast was good. It had dish switches daily. The rooms had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry room washer/ dryer were also good and clean the clothes well.

Could have had room cleaning a little more frequently but once I requested a clean up, a staff member was there that same day.

The shower was great. The pool used quite often by all. The breakfast was good. The kitchen was well stocked.

The size of the king room was small. The couch folded out to the bed so it was impossible to go around it without having to step on it.

Horrible breakfast. They clean the room every 4 days. Even though they clean they won't change the bedsheets or clean the washroom properly.

Everything was clean , room was spacious, free parking on the side.

Nobody informed us that breakfast is till 9 am. After long drive and work we woke up little after 8. Went downstairs at 9.30 and they told us breakfast was over 30 min ago. Front desk was not friendly and never informed us about this.

I couldn't use the hotel wifi for work. The front desk just gave a phone number to call to get a password. I didn't like they couldn't get this resolve for me and instead I spent 1 hour of my time on the phone with no success.

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the quite in the evenings. The facilities in the room were very good. The help, courteousness and friendliness from the service desk was excellent.

The breakfast options could have been better, more fruit options possibly. More items/selections available for purchase for snacking.
