A very clean hotel in very good location. The rooms are accessible and the hotel and the facilities are well maintained. Teh hotel is in good location with many restaurants near by. The hotel serves continental break fast. When we arrived Gina at he reception was very friendly and helpful. I was with my son and we were on a Florida Coast to Coast bike ride. She allowed us to keep the bikes in the room and allotted us a ground floor room for our convenience. the swimming pool was near by and well maintained.

i always stay at this hotel at least once a month, the staff always super friendly BUT not this time. First time seeing that receptionist (Madinka), the moment i arrived she wasn't even paying attention and finally stood up and came to the counter and directly asked for my ID and credit card. She ran my credit card and charge me without even telling me that she would do so, and when i asked her why did you do that? she was like "Oh, you booked it online right ? so they should have told you, this is a deposit" - Seriously? they should have told me? isn't her job to do so ? She didn't even have a name-tag on her and i had to ask a different person about her name.

Room was very comfortable and very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice with waffles, pastries, toast, juices, cereals and coffee. Great location and next to 2 x gas stations and Twin Peaks, Perkins, Longhorn, Indian, Mexican and McDonalds/Chik Fils.

Clean, comfortable and really big rooms. Lovely modern decor. Great climate control and the staff were all excellent. Easy to find with free parking.

The outdoor lights around the building are so bright they light up the entire room at night. It’s really too much and I notice other people have also complained about this issue.

Facility was clean, quiet, and convenient. Staff was very accommodating and grounds were very pretty. Bed was comfy, and shower was pleasant.

Would like to have had a couple of other healthy choices for breakfast besides an apple. Maybe some yogurt? Bananas? Oranges?

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was really clean. It also does have an elevator which is nice for an outside door hotel.

The coffee brand was not pleasant at all. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the person next to me snore all through the night and their white noise machine.

The property is a little run down and the elevator door nearly trapped me a couple of times. It needs a comfortable chair in the bedrooms.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean with coffee provided, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety and was the best we had in this price range during our two-week trip around Florida. Overall good experience.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the room. NO BUGS!!

I didn’t like that because it’s not a room inside a hotel, you could hear cars starting , alarms going off and folk being loud outside your door.

Gina at the reception was incredible, super friendly, the smile doesn't leave her face even when i was upset with something she handled it very calm and made the best out of it.

i wish they extend the breakfast time a bit.
