Breakfast buffet was top notch, nicely laid out and kept adequately supplied. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Large towels for showering was a nice feature. Parking spots were of good size and laid out accordingly. Liked the complimentary coffee in lounge.

Hard to find facility but my gps was taking me elsewhere. On our floor there was no signage for location of elevators. Problem with door key was quickly addressed by staff. Shower tub surface was slippery closest to the drain area. Needs reapplication of anti-slip texturing to area.

It was amazing. Location, the ambience. It was nice and quiet.

The restaurant located in the back the area there smell like of an older building/basement. Other than that the stay was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was nice and complex. I would recommend a omelette station. I can’t remember if they had waffles,French toast and potatoes/home fries . I didn’t see grits. If all these items were on the buffet would be amazing. Maybe some fried chicken. That would be great!!!! :)

I love the room, but the heat wasn’t working properly, so it was very cold, but they gave us blankets The staff was very helpful with the heat. They just told us to keep working, pushing the buttons, but that was the only problem it was very cold.

The heat wasn’t working proper in the room and it’s cold outside so it made the room very cold but the staff gave us blankets you know, but I was still very cold but everything else was excellent.

Everything was great easy check in I think the lady name at the front desk was Katlin I know it started with a K she was the BEST she helped me so much and found me a great cozy quiet room. She was nice and respectful she made my stay the best! Bc of her I rate the hotel a 10 it would have been an 8 but she made it a 10!

Friendly staff, and hotel looked very nice, beds were comfortable. And if you have an electric car they have chargers.

The beds in the “club” level rooms were way more comfortable than the regular rooms. They felt like laying down on bricks, but after I switched rooms to the club level room the bed were as soft as a cloud.

The staff was very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception named Fabiana.

I booked a room with breakfast included. When I went for breakfast, there was no choice, with my so-called volcher there was only one choice from the entire menu, if I wanted something other than eggs and potatoes I had to pay extra.

I always stay here when I come to the area to see family and my grandaughter. 7 years now I've stayed here. Location is great. Hotel is nice. Just don't like the overnight parking fee.

Overnight parking fee - why? Never had to pay before and I've have stayed here for over 7 years.

Beautiful pool, very comfortable bed. Mobility bathroom made cleaning easy.

For someone with mobility issues, its a far walk from lobby or parking lot to get to elevators to get to room. Be more handicap friendly if the offered wheelchair service

People who work at the front desk and restaurant are very nice and friendly! They do a great job and provide an excellent service, they are very polite and nice. Many thanks for their hard work!

Service in the restaurant, speedy check in at late night, mattress is the best thing in the room, unbelievably comfy!

The staff were incredibly nice - both when checking in and when checking out. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Loved that there were lots of pillows. When I needed plastic silverware on one of the nights, the front desk had some to provide. Location to the highways was great.

Parking lot has somewhat of a narrow space near the entrance so at times it caused a little jam with bigger vehicles. Really not a big deal at all.
