We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Kia Center - as we were attending a concert at this venue. The room was clean and comfortable enough for our 1 night stay without needing to request any additional accommodations. The staff were friendly and professional.

My only negative experience was the parking arrangement. We had two options; pay for valet parking, or pay slightly less to park our own vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Luckily we were able to snag the last parking spot in the "pay by plate" lot. At a nightly rate of $280 or more I think parking should be included. Also the parking situation is not advertised when booking your stay.

Had to pay for parking. Think it’s crazy to pay for the hotel and then have to pay extra to park there. That should be included with the stay. Also staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. I booked with booking.com. Had to call them so they could call the hotel. Had all the information I needed they just didn’t handle it like I would expect out of a nice hotel.

The location is great, the staffs are friendly, the place is clean, the bar and restrurant are great, swimming pool is lovely, the Starbucks is great to be attached to the hotel.

The room cleaning crew should have stocked the toilet paper, shower stuff in full. The hot water for shower could have been more consistent.

This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. There’s self-parking available, and breakfast is served from 6:30 AM onwards.

The dinner food was not good, as is typical at every other business trip hotel; only one server. The hotel has an old exterior but has been renovated on the inside. Unfortunately, none of the rooms have bathtubs.

Great location, easy parking, and convenient breakfast option with Starbucks in the lobby. Room was comfortable and quiet.

There was some mildew on the window frames which is not uncommon for the climate but could have been cleaned a little better.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and well maintained. We attended a concert at the Kia Center and we could walk with no need to move our car. Will definitely book this hotel in the future. Breakfast was over average, we liked it. I recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like that you had to pay to park in the lot every day For self parking.

Most everything was as expected. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The employees we encountered were very amenable. It was a nice stay.

Everything was fine except for the restaurant. My other family members had to catch a plane and when we went down for breakfast, we waited over 1 hour before we were served. There was only one other table besides us and our server forgot to put the order in. And then we waited some more. The order wasn't complicated. (2 bagels, one yogurt and one scrambled egg plate) We almost had to get up to leave. I know help is hard to find, but the training should have been better for the workers there.

Housekeeping barged right through our door and giggled when they saw what “state” we were in. They saw us walk in so there was no reason for them to come into our room. Lesson learned…always put the extra locks on no matter what. Also, the info on the tv about checkout time needs to be updated. we weren’t told at checkin so we assumed it was 12. Lesson #2….verify details at desk

Everything was great but the resturant in hotel.

We were down for football game resturant was to close at 11. We got a table at 10:27 and was told they closed in 15min ordered food at 10:30 food was at table at 12. No drinks and food was cold didnt eat and went back to room. Bill was over $120 and left complete on table.
