The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was very accommodating even without reservations. The room was clean and very spacious.

It was very warm the first night and we were unable to adjust the temp in our room. It appears that the main ac unit had issues according to the front desk and we were offered a fan the next morning. The location is in front of the hospital and not really walking distance to anything closer than a mile. We booked here because it said 2500 ft from Kia Center but that was not accurate and ended up having to book Ubers everywhere each time no less than $35 just to eat or walk somewhere. It was also very noisy in our room with doors slamming as early as 5 am both nights.

A delightful stay from the time we checked in to the time we left. The manager, Nate checked us right in. He bent over backwards to make sure we got reservations at the hotel’s yummy pub, that our room meet all our expectations and that we had everything we needed. The hotel’s decor is modern and refreshing. The Pub’s menu didn’t disappoint and the food was fabulous! My dessert was so good I ordered it the next day too. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were terrific, making sure I had everything I needed. Our room was delightful and full of high end amenities. They even have hotel umbrellas in all the rooms, the kind that don’t get you wet when you close them. I had a health issue while I was there. The staff went out of their way during and after to ensure all my needs were meant including extending my stay. This was my third stay at The Delaney. It’s across the street from Orlando Health and close to the Downtown hot spots. I’ll absolutely be back!

This is my third time I’ve stayed at this hotel and each time it had been great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is excellent and location is perfect. Hotel is quiet even though I heard a father playing with his daughter loudly, I didn’t mind because I heard him say it was her birthday and I needed to get up so I didn’t care. Walls aren’t that thin and rooms are spacious. Honestly love this hotel. The price isn’t bad because you get what you pay for.

Elevators are a little slow but you’re always alone on them.

My room was very modern and cozy. Parking was easily accessible. The bar/restaurant was chic. Employees were friendly, informative, and accommodating.

I could hear everything going on in the hallway. I don’t know if there is anything they can fix about it, because the issue seems to be structural. I’ve never experienced being able to hear conversations going on in the hall from my bed in the room. Also, the ice maker was out of order. I also don’t recall there being a microwave, but when I stayed at the Hyatt Regency, they had a microwave near the ice maker, which I thought was genius.

Beautiful property not far from downtown Orlando The staff was amazing Margie I hope I said her name correctly and the manager Keeniqya were absolutely delightful and very warm and welcoming helped me with my luggage made sure my stay went well. My room was very spacious and clean modern You get an espresso machine in your room Two complimentary waters The bed was very comfortable There is a tavern downstairs and shops within walking distance distance This was a staycation for me so I didn't Uber anywhere but I definitely recommend and will be back

I am real fan of this hotel. Years ago we had a great stay with my family, now I came back with my daughter. We got a very nice room with 2 queen size beds. We were happy to see everything was as good as 4 years ago. Superb beds, stylish room and the bathroom is gigantic. Clean and everything without any wear and tear. Located on the side of the hotel the room was very quite. This hotel has a good vibe, one that is different from all those places that are part of the usual brands and chains. The restaurant was delivered too and was top notch. So yes. This place is consistent. If you want to stay in Orlando and stay away from the park resort hotels, go for this one.

Orlando NEEDED a place like this and I am pleased it is established and lasted ! The hotel, the restaurant, the food, the staff - all of it is truly 5 star. The decor is sleek and clean, the food is not crazy large portions - it is good quality and not about size. The rooms are chic and classy. The restaurant the crowd attracts are sophisticated and respectful of the area, i.e they are not loud, it's all white noise.

Other than noise it was great, spacious bathroom, mini fridge in the room was a plus, and bar/restaurant downstairs had good food options. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Gym looked up to date and well equipped but did not use.

It was a little noisy until 9pm being able to hear clanking, I'm assuming from the kitchen, and also doors closing in adjacent rooms. We were on the second floor.

The rooms are big as well as the shower. Where our room was located was nice and quiet with a decent view. It’s 15 minutes from Universal and a TON of food places as well. The onsite restaurant is a 10/10, they also provide room service. While I was staying I actually booked another trip to come back in April, that’s how much I liked it.

Sometimes you can hear the air conditioner in the wall but it does last long. The espresso machine in our room was also extremely loud when trying to use it however it makes pretty great coffee so that’s a plus.

Nice surroundings! The hotel was so clean and super friendly staff!! I love that the A/C was super cold in the rooms. I love that it is so close to Orlando Health and that checking is at noon. Great room service!! Big rooms!!! Love the espresso machine in the room.

No microwave in room but they do have one on the floor. So really not a big deal.
