I have stayed at this particular Residence Inn multiple times and I am never disappointed. Everyone on the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful and responsive. We always bring our 2 Frenchie pups and they are welcomed with open arms. (Even giving them treats when they pass the front desk!) The rooms are always clean and well stocked. We will continue to stay here when we visit family. We love this Residence Inn!

The only improvement I would suggest is tinting the windows on the 7th floor. It can get a little warm. The front desk will provide you with a fan though.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The gentleman with the blond hair at the front desk was incredibly professional and friendly. He swiftly handled the check-in process and made me feel warmly welcomed. Not only him, but the rest of the staff were also fantastic. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the breakfast was a real treat. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the attentive housekeeping, really stood out to me. I have to say, everything was just perfect during my stay. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Very clean hotel. I like that you have access to the parking lot from the 2-3 floor.

Breackfast wasn't good to me. My choice was frittata and scrambled eggs. Maybe it's just me but seems like frittata was frozen and wasn't cooked well enough,because it was wet and cold inside. I try a frittata from "First Watch" and can tell youfor sure even if it was frozen before to be coocked, it not supposed to be cold and wet inside. Scrambled eggs was dry to me, but again maybe it's just me. Bacon was good. The paint partially comes out of the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. This is expected due to the lots of humidity but could be fixed.

The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with the typical options. Close to downtown and we rode scooters to Lake Eola. Easy access from I-4. We would definitely stay here again.

The water station in the lobby had very small water containers so they were always empty. The staff gave us water bottles. We try to save on plastic and bring our own refillable bottles/cups. I would recommend a larger water container. There were others who complained about this as well who had their own cups too.

The location was great to downtown activities. The noise from the street did not really bother us. The food was just okay. The coffee (I am a coffee drinker) was a little bitter and the eggs tasted powdered. The bacon do not serve. It was awful. It is not real. The bread, such as bagels, etc. was great. A little more variety.

The room we had was great but the sofa bed did not work and was not comfortable at all. Slept on the couch. Needs to be replaced.

This Residence Inn never disappoints. I love the location, the parking garage and the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. It is clean and well stocked. My room was a great size and very comfortable. Also, my 2 frenchie pups were able to join me during my stay.

The location was ideal for my business needs. The breakfast was excellent.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled wonderful. However, the hallways on the third floor have a bad odor, likely due to people smoking weed.

Son works at Kia Center. Great place to stay when he works a few days in a row. Clean, comfortable, great location.

Tough time checking in. Although it was prepaid, desk clerk made son pay again. Took a few phone calls to work out the kinks.

Pretty much everything about this property was awesome. Staff were all welcoming, room was perfect, breakfast tasted good, everywhere was clean (even the parking garage) & some of our group even got to enjoy the indoor pool.

So if I had to get picky, the only negative was location. Downtown Orlando gets loud at night and on the top floor we heard a lot of city sounds through the night. Nothing the hotel can do about this.

Couch in room is gross, but the bed was really comfortable. I would not sit on the couch, though. Location was great. Parking was extremely easy. I'd stay there again.
