The hotel is absolutely fantastic—elegant, comfortable, and truly deserving of every bit of praise. Its prime location and outstanding staff made our stay unforgettable. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Younes, the American gentleman of Moroccan origin. He is a true gem—always smiling, impeccably dressed, and full of warmth and positivity. His professionalism, elegance, and eagerness to help made a remarkable difference in our experience. He went out of his way to assist us and made everything easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone with such genuine character and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is truly fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming stay. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, there was one negative experience that affected an otherwise excellent stay. A staff member—an African lady, I believe—repeatedly charged my card late at night with incorrect amounts, which disturbed my sleep and caused unnecessary stress. What upset me the most is that I had agreed on a specific rate for my stay and even allowed a higher amount to be held in advance. However, upon reviewing the final invoice, I was shocked to see that the room charges had been significantly increased beyond what was originally agreed upon. This behavior was frustrating and unacceptable. I believe this staff member needs better supervision and proper training, as such errors can damage the hotel’s reputation and negatively affect the guest experience.

I really enjoyed my first time staying at this Hotel I can say I will and am going to see myself always staying there and yes I will recommend family and friends to also come there.

The housekeeper staff was not friendly when asked for large trash bags I do understand some of them do not understand the English language and I didn't understand their language as well so when asked I pointed out the larger trash bag to be disappointed with a stern no or just a walk away. I like to keep my room clean and tidy because I have work in my pass of work life as a housekeeper and sometimes the guests will treat you very mean by leaving the room in a mess but not me So I hope that maybe there can be some training put in place for the staff to be able to be able to communicate better with guests.

I Really like the facility and everything about it was very nice

I did not like that my credit card was checked and funds were pending long before the 4 p.m check in. I had (11 pending charges by the end of my stay for a (2) night stay for (2) different rooms. When I called concerning this issue, the hotel worker tried to over talk me instead of listening to my problem. I also did not like that their was no parking provided for our stay, and we were charged $22 per day extra for parking in the hotel "Parking Spot" on top of the already expensive room fee. When booking through the third party booking where I always book my hotels, there was no info about the extra parking fee...

We had an amazing experience! The lake view balcony exceeded our expectations! The view was amazing. We greatly enjoyed the staff at the bar for the complementary drinks. So friendly and remembered. The staff was exceptional as well. Even when the fire alarm went off… everyone made us feel calm and safe.

The only thing that was less than extraordinary, was the one time we did room service and the burger was undercooked. And our dishes were still sitting outside our room the next morning.

We loved the accommodations but the staff was amazing. The breakfasts every morning we had were so good. Misty made the best omelets and Aloni (spelling??) and Katia were the best A-team with her serving up wonderful breakfasts. Than there was Jeff that kept the tables clean so efficiently and so kind. We also had dinner a few times with the happy hr and Lynn always made sure we were taken care of. All very kind and attentive. I am hoping I have the names correct and there were many more that helped us and never got names. But when you stay as long as we did 10 days we really appreciated the wonderful service. We definitely will be trying to go back as we enjoyed it so very much. I would love to have this forwarded to the staff as I don't feel they always get the recognition they deserve. There was my husband, son and sister so the four of us. Many days at amusement parks and they made it so much better.

Location is walking distance from bars and restaurants and from Lake Eola. It is also short uber to Uinveral, Sea World and the outlet if you want to go shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check In and check out was smooth and flexible. The bed and pillows are comfy. Definitely will be my go to when I'm in Orlando.

It's really not a big deal but the fact that they don't give you water every day. They only give you at check-in. Some staff are nice enough to offer, though.

Location was good. We ate dinner at the bar and that was good. staff was courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast was great.

My only complaint was that I found the room to be musty/humid. I am not sure if the air conditioner was working properly or not. Althought the room was a comfortable temperature, it should have been colder when I turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees. We did not spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep and when we got in and unpacked we did not want to move all of our things and request another room. So we just dealt with it. I did tell the staff when I checked out.

Free drinks 5.30 to 7.30pm every night (and a few bites) - lovely, great location to the lake and downtown and church street. Also quick walk to the Kia Centre so even better. Easy going laid back hotel - excellent. The breakfast was also good with an omlette counter - all you needed TBH and again included.

Late check out inclusive would have been great. Also the lift situation wasnt great but not complaining

The staff was always nice and helped us when we needed information or help.

The amenities could be updated, especially the room. Some things are broken, paint is chipped in many spots. Also, the cleaning was not always good. There was a piece of pop-corn in front of our door, and it was there during our whole stay, which was a full week. Could be better for the price we paid.

The staff were wonderful. We were there for one night for the Orlando half marathon and upon hearing this, the lady at reception told us she’d give us a late check out. The rooms were a great size and the laundry room was very handy. Ideal location for lake Eola too.

The hotel is being down up so the biggest issue we had was the very slow elevator. This would not be a standard issue.
