It was very nice and beautiful rooms, also the bar was pretty amazing!

That I had called the morning of check in to request early check in since I was in a wedding party! However my room was not ready even though I got there at 3:49 10 mins before check in time and was still not ready! Overall the staff was super friendly and amazing with great customer service! Just sucked I couldn’t change in my room had to change in the bathroom!! Which was very clean too!!

The location wasn’t completely in the center but we could walk to a movie theatre and convenient store like 7/11. Now the traffic was…well it was downtown but no onsite parking which was annoying but we just walked more. Parking is valet only and $28 a night so keep that in mind.

Valet parking being the only option. I’m from Tampa and there’s some free parking options but in Orlando there is none, which is at no fault of the facility.

Beautiful, valet parking, they brought my bags up to my room, the room was big. It had a perfect work area where I could display my laptop to the screen in the work area, the shower was perfect and the bed was comfy.

Downtown close to everything. I was there for work and it was 1 block away from the corporate office, but it is close to everything. Easy access to every direction. Very modern and clean.

The staff were so welcoming and kind & the facility was so clean and modern. Located very well if you’re going to a concert at the Kia center like we did. They even upgraded our room when we got there just because! Even the valet staff were so helpful and kind. I will def be staying here again when I come back to Orlando

Honestly there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Most everyone was pleasant and super helpful

The gentleman bartender was less than desirable. We asked questions about the drinks and he basically told us that it's on the menu instead of explaining it to us. Had his earbuds in the whole time talking to someone. Just a sour experience with him

Lots of cool ideas/ features in the room-- "flexible TV 4 bedroom/ sitting area Comfort of beds-- EXCELLENT Staff!!!!!!!! Stuff!-- excellent (towels/ bathroom supplies/ in room coffee option Separate area near door for private work area!! Proximity to our goal- Kia Center (PUSH THIS FEATURE!!)

Roomy, convenient, clean. Beautiful property, nice staff.

I wish there was a microwave in the room but perhaps you had to request one. I'd love complimentary breakfast as well.

The location and the decor

Breakfast was not worth it. It came free with the package, but not worth purchasing. My breakfast sandwich was still cold after coming out of the microwave

Everything was perfect, we loved our room. Very clean, so large and comfortable. Our t.v. remote didn't work and we were out of body wash, but that was a minor thing. Overall, loved it! Walking distance to our concert at the Kia Arena.

Only 2 mid size towels which made me check out early and head for home due to this shower and hot water not that great there were hair in shower which was not mine and water temperature took a while to get hot.
