Excellent location. Modern, youthful vibe. Great patio and restaurant with good food and terrific music. Comfortable bed and our room even had an enclosed porch. What a great bonus!

Our building lost heat Monday night and despite calling repeatedly that eve and then the next day, it didn't get fixed until Wed eve. Although ultimately we were provided a space heater, our bathroom and balcony were freezing. The customer service reps on the phone were patient and tried to be helpful it was still frustrating that an emergency hvac service was unavailable. This is why we didn't give our stay a 10.

Great location for walking into Downtown Orlando (DTO) and Lake Eola park, as well as another nice lake situated just across. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short 2-night stay. Despite being key-less and reception-less, access to the room was smooth and easy. The room was full of character, as too was the lounge/communal area and indeed the whole property. The television with Roku streaming service (wide range of apps) was very useful for chilling and relaxing in the evenings.

Windows could do with cleaning outside. Also, the space directly outside the windows has been used for lots of storage (umbrellas, a shed etc - not shown in the photis on Booking.com) so if you open the curtains/blinds to let light in the view is very cluttered & obstructed. We weren't too fond of some rather large vents in the floor and a gap under the main door, that it felt like could potentially allow insects etc into the room.

This comment really has nothing to do with the hotel, but instead the adjoining restaurant. When we first arrived we were having trouble identifying which of the 3 buildings was to be our home for the night. The employee from the restaurant was either adamant or ignorant about helping us identify which building. Separately, she made it painfully clear that they had separate owners as if to imply they wanted nothing to do with us because we were staying at the hotel. Some basic situational awareness would have conveyed a more helpful and hospitable approach to make us want to dine at the restaurant that has such a romantic ambiance.

You had a chance to meet a lot of different people but at the same time you had your own time. It's normal, of course , but still. The studio was clean , you got your help easily and it wasn't all that far from the city center. I do recommend this one, cause I am pretty sure that the ants were there only that time. After that helped me, I did not have them around anymore.

Although they helped me pretty soon, I still had ants at my wall behind the kitchen. And my coffee machine didn't work that well. Even after help, it still didn't work. Also, I am not sure if it was possible to drink the water normally there, cause there wasn't a sign or anything.

The hotel is in a beautiful area in downtown Orlando by lake Lucerne. It is close to many shops, restaurants; even a bar next door. My room had a hot tub, refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was large and comfortable. The entire location was very clean.

Leaving. Everything was GREAT and the price was very reasonable. The TV set up was Chromecast that I was unfamiliar with however it was explained by the staff.

We booked the deluxe suite for two of us, pretty big. Good location right in Downtown. Comfy bed.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. The only issue we had was when we arrived (around 9:45PM) the code for the unit didn’t work. There was nobody at the reception so we called them and it took 30-40mins the guy on the phone to figure it out that actually the door lock is off.

Hard to find the good entrance to the room (realized later that the panel indicating the room numbers had been moved the other way around) but staff on the phone very helpful. The restaurant in the courtyard is very noisy with loud music and voices until midnight both evenings…

Everything was very clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The small kitchen perfectly useful. The staff was super responsive when we had questions. No complaints. We went in aware the neighboring venues would be festive on the weekend, and we would need earbuds/plugs. We slept wonderfully.

The hotel management has clearly put a great deal of thought into the overall guest experience. The carpet was stained when we moved the table to let out the sofa bed. Which was very uncomfortable. Visually it looks nice. The Wellborm said they were not part of Sonder ….. very confusion and unorganized.
