Wonderful customer service! It was the first time I used a hotel that had my room ready well before check in time! I greatly appreciated that!

The mattress in our room felt older- it was concaved in the middle and coils were noticeable.

Bed was comfortable, facility was clean and bug free

Hot tub was not heated and the staff member did not know if it would heat and would have to call an engineer to take a look at it and the engineer lived far from hotel. Breakfast was sub par.

Love they have an indoor pool n jacuzzi. We didn’t utilize but definitely next time file sure

The breakfast was fine, the fresh fruit is always good, the omelets were good. Making your own waffles is good, maybe provide 2 waffles irons...

The spa was working upon arrival, but the next day it was drained, was looking forward to thst.

Staff and amenities were top notch.

I had a roach run across the floor during my stay, there was persistent pipe noises emanating from the bathroom, and I'd love to have a straight egg breakfast option. One day was sausage and biscuits which is not my thing.

Location was great. Not enough of a variety of breakfast food for the amount I paid to stay. Other hotels near served waffles meat and toast. Also fruits. Just a suggestion.

This is my go to place when visiting the area. Incredibly nice staff and very pleasant environment.

I couldn’t figure out how to call the front desk. However, when I went down to ask the question, they were very accommodating and helpful.

I like that it is very clean, quiet and comfortable. After hours the front doors close and they won’t just let anyone in. only people with a room can swipe the card and the main doors would open for you.

There is a few things I didn’t like about the property…. 1 - Breakfast is horrible, they don’t make fresh egg and bacon or sausage it is just cold/microwaved Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal and oatmeal 2 - It is like 20-30 Minutes away from Orlando itself. The location is more like on the skirts. 3 - One night when we got to the room from an outdoor Disney park we asked the overnight receptionist if we could have towels to shower and she told us to bring her the dirty towels so she could wash them and give them back to us. So we couldn’t shower after being all day in the sun sweating because this lady wanted to wash out towels! We were very mad!

this property is very clean as soon as u walk through the doors u can smell how clean it is. Staff is very friendly and helpful. definitely will be telling other people to come here for sure.
