Front Desk Staff was great! At every shift, they were personable and professional. Just great.

We had to move rooms because the fridge wasn't working in 1st room. Then I got 2 wine glasses from the bar and got to room to find that on base of one,it literally looked like mucus. It was so gross. I took back to bartender, and she said, " Oh, probably guacamole!" No apologies, but she did give me a clean one. Just shrugged off. I was so grossed out that I ended up using a plastic cup from the room.

THE ROOM

1).COULD USE MY FIRESTICK, 2). NETFLIX WASN'T WORKING DO TO INTERNET ISSUES 3) 1 WASHER AND DRYER IN THE ENTIRE BUILD WITH 114 ROOM, ALSO I HAD TO USE QUARTERS INSTEAD OF USING MY CARD, I HAVE TO WAIT FROM 11PM AND WALK COME DOWNSTAIRS EVERY OTHER HOUR TRYING TO GET THE MACHINE WHEN IT WAS FREE. I HAD TO GO TO THE GAS STATION TO GET QUARTERS IN ORDER TO CLEAN MY CLOTHES. IM DRIVING TRUCKS OVER THE ROAD FOR 3 WEEKS AT A TIME I DONT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOTEL TO GET CHANGE. 4) THE DINER SHOULD BE OPEN 6AM TO 11PM WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO USE UBEREATS MID DAY TO FEED OUR FAMILY. 5). I DON'T BELIEVE THESE ROOMS ARE WORTH $110-$154 A NIGHT, THIS ISN'T A HILTON.

Anthony was very welcoming and accommodated all our request! The room was very clean and house keeping did a great job for our four day stay. I will definitely visit this location again!

There could be umbrellas by the chairs near the pool.

It’s convenient and well prepared. The cleanliness and variety was appreciated. Made my stay very pleasant.

The Wi-Fi connection was my least favorite. I was unable to conduct Zoom meetings, or speak with potential clients due Wi-Fi connection constantly dropping. I attempted to connect from the lobby to see if that would improve the connection without success.

Very clean and modern. I like that they let you handle your own baggage, but have help available if you need it.

I liked the place a lot, I would only say that the self-parking is a little confusing; you have to tell the hotel in advance if you are going to park in the garage next door.

The friendly staff were the very best thing about the property. The facilities were clean and newer. there is a restaurant and pool area on site.

We had no hand soap in our room, no waste bin in the bathroom (this is important for ladies at certain times) the pillows were too small and soft for us and no extra pillows were available when we called the front desk. The breakfast was also very expensive.

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful and clean place. Everything was well-kept, and the welcoming atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Everything was good, except one of the girls that work the desk. Maybe she was just having a bad night or maybe she's always like that I don't know. One had a very bad attitude.

Front desk customer service could be a little more inviting. Instead of having an attitude. The girl that checked me in was very nice but after that just attitude from the rest.

We can during hurricane Milton evacuation from St. Petersburg. The staff was so welcoming and made us feel safe. Always there to help. The cafe was super busy but the employees handled it so well.

Everything was good. Regina at quest services was Fantastic! If in this area in the future, we hope she's working. :) Like the new decor & room design. (Headboard on bed on the bathroom wall great ideal)

One exception, the furniture piece sticking out from the desk was very dangerous of us hitting our leg or knees on it. A small child could easily run into it and hurt him or herself. Breakfast: It would be great if there were more options offered. (Bacon, eggs, omelets, etc). We enjoyed our stay otherwise.
