The location to restaurants was helpful. The bathroom was the perfect size and had all the items required. Enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner brand. The TV was large, and the wi-fi worked as expected. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The meal offered was standard and plentiful.

The pillows were awful. Very uncomfortable due to losing shape. Not at all supportive. There was no mini fridge and the ice maker was out of order for my entire stay. I missed having a cold drink k available over night. The lighting. Even in the bathroom was insufficient and uneven.

You need a refrigerator in the rooms. We asked for one when the guy brought it he had to unplug items in order to plug it in. So you need more outlets in the rooms for them. Also the fridge never cooled down so with had to throw away the food from downstairs. So each room needs a fridge so they are already working for people. What if someone had meds that needed to be cool, you can wait for one to be brought up and then to cool down if it works.

The close distance to the event we were attending. Sam he was very nice and went above and behind his job description. He came and brought us new clean sheets and made our bed.

That’s when we arrived in the room. I pulled the covers back and found nasty tissue under our sheet. Called to let staff know first thing said was we have no more room. Second call didn’t get the sheets so you can change the sheets. I did not come to be on a mini vacation to change my own sheets and make my own bed on vacation. Not pleased by that as a Hilton member.

The bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good

The room was very dark, only one very narrow window, the lightning in the room could be better as well, especially in the bathroom, very difficult to put on makeup. The carpet could have been vacuumed better and there was some dust on the bed top.

Very close to UCF and restaurants. Downstairs restaurant and bar area really nice, food was good and wait staff were great.

Shower pressure very low. All ice machines were out of order and front desk staff reluctant to offer ice from the Starbucks counter after Starbucks was closed.

Everything about this hotel resort was great with the staff, food and even gas laundry service to wash your own cloths. The only thing that didn't have in the rooms was the microwave and small refrigerator which comes with most hotels. Other than that we plan to visit again. Plus the location for outside services in restaurants, stores, Walmart and other shopping places is 👍

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The price was excellent and it is very close to UCF. I wish they sold some common items we had forgotten at the hotel, like allergy medicine or Tylenol. Excellent hotel and experience. The beds were very comfortable also.

Easy to navigate and close to UCF Campus

The TV in the room. It would be nice to be able to utilize my streaming services on the in room television versus watching on my laptop or iPad.

The front desk paid attention to derails which was excellent . Due to my age and grey hair, the staff member gave me room 637 with a bathroom for old people. The problem is that I still feel like I am 18 years old. Nevertheless, I love the hotel and the warm cookies

It was clean, decorated for the holiday, the staff was nice, room was clean and nice. Cookies were delicious! Bed and pillows were very soft.

No fan in the bathroom and there were a lot of open parking spots, but the one I happened to pick had a dead squirrel in it. It was a little sad to open the car door and immediately look down at that.
