Very modern and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was typical breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, oatmeal, yogurts, etc. We would definetly stay again. Bed was comfortable. Ac and heat worked well. Enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Very thin walls, people were super loud walking through the hall ways (can’t fault the hotel for that). We had little bugs in our room (not bed bugs) that kept biting us. Looks like spider bites.

Nice location, fresh air, parking spots available, clean modern room, quiet area, and quiet room.

first room was a bit noisy because the elevator was very close, and the bathroom vent ran continuously, foggy windows, then second room was very quiet but had no vent, it would be good to have a switch for the bathroom vent

Good location, adjacent to the University of Central Florida—just a 5-minute walk to campus. Transportation is convenient. it's easy to call an Uber, and there are several bus stations nearby. There's a Walgreens and several restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to get daily necessities and food. The hotel is very quiet and clean, beyond my expectations. It’s surrounded by trees and grassland, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. All the facilities are new. The gym is on the first floor, and they offer breakfast and coffee in the morning. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the staff are very helpful. Next time I come to Orlando, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Perfect location near UCF. We had to move our daughter out of her apartment by 10am, so we booked a room the night before. This hotel is very clean, and has a nice welcoming lobby. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I particularly liked the beautiful nature photos that were displayed throughout the hotel. The breakfast area is perfect for an early morning breakfast as is the coffee bar. The pool was refreshing although we found it strange there were no lounge chairs to lay on - just regular chairs. There is a sidewalk adjacent to the hotel that you can take a nice walk on through some trees with Spanish moss, and two ponds with some wildlife.

We liked the size of our bedroom, however, we were surprised by the handicapped bathroom which we didn't need. I slept fairly well, but my husband didn't find the bed comfortable. We also heard the people in the room next to us because there was an adjoining door (locked of course).

The stay was ok.

The second shower head didn't work. Wasn't enough pressure in the shower. The guest in 619 was loud from 8pm all the way until 2:30am. I called down to front desk and whoever was there told me to call back if the noise don't stop and that was at 10:30pm nobody never came to tell them to be quiet or stop the noise. At 2:30 I had to call again because we had a bowling tournament at 7:30 am today 7-27-25. So yeah, last night was horrible.

We evacuated from Clearwater. I was so happy to find nice accommodations that would allow me to bring my cats. They are my babies and if they can't go with us, we don't leave. The staff was wonderful. During the storm, the hotel did lose power, which meant no elevator! My husband is not able to navigate stairs and Leo, in maintenance was kind enough to help us move our things down 5 flights and help Rich safely down the stairs. Leo was my hero today! I highly recommend this property. It was comfortable, quiet and we had everything we needed! Many thanks!

One tiny little thing. if I turned off the entry lights, the TV also turned off. But not a big deal!

Location

I have been coming here since March and have even recommended your hotel to others coming in town. But yesterday I got the worst room yet on the 4th floor. The bathroom can definitely use some upgrading. Very much made me feel icky. This is the 2nd time I came, and the 1st elevator closest to the check-in desk was out of service, causing me to have to walk down to the other. It's not a problem if the room wasn't so close to the other side. I've had much better experiences at this hotel. This is my go-to, I hope my next experience doesn't become my last.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. I love the pre check-in. I drove 19 hours, and my daughter and I were very tired. Because of the pre check-in process, I was at the check-in counter for all of 2 minutes. Also, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful. My favorite thing about my stay was the call I received from the front desk asking if I was okay with my room. That made me feel like they cared about me. I will be in Orlando very frequently, and this is the only hotel that I'll stay at.

Everything was wonderful!!

Room & bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was not humid-Ac & heater works great. Front desk clerk was polite. The amenities gym, park, pool were all clean. The breakfast was included and clean for a quick start. Location was nice. Felt a bit safe in the neighborhood.

At this time I don’t have anything negative to say. Maybe because the hotel was not full. Hence the reason why we enjoyed our stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. From it being one of the cleanest, the amazing staff members to its perfectly appointed rooms. Everything was just where it was suppose to be. I am definitely coming back

There was nothing not to like. Everything was in place and as it should be. I am trying to remember if there was even one second when I was not pleased with the hotel, the staff or the overall property and I can't seem to find one
