Breakfast could have been a little more overall changing instead of the same breakfast every morning and the meat was to overcook the hospitality was great but that could be some changes in the menu especially when you were there for at least three or more

Really need to improve the pillars on the bed they need to be a little more firmer and keep your head and neck resting better.

The breakfast was very delicious. stayed two nights and the second day they switched up the breakfast a little bit.

i didn't like how the water wasn't hot enough. there was mold in the shower.

Great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, great value for money! I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Orlando UCF area. The front desk worker who greeted us (I think her name was Jane) when we checked in was fantastic - very kind, professional, and helpful!!

Location is good for UCF. I've stayed here several times when visiting my daughter. Hotel is quiet, clean and breakfast is great.

this is out of your control, but I dislike having to make a U-turn at the light to get there when coming from the east as there is no direct turn into the parking lot

The hotel is located right across the street from a restaurant. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.. the beds were comfortable only issue is the one elevator but other than that it was a great experience.

Elevator is very small and it was always a wait going up or down. Other than that no complaints

The service by the morning staff serving breakfast was great. They kept the food coming. Both ladies we met were attentive and very pleasant. Charming little place.

The shower head is very uncomfortable for those of us less than 6' tall. My wife and daughter had a hard time with this. Should provide a handheld at least.

Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect, everything was very clean, the room was very spacious and great value for the money. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was the best selection and quality of any I have ever had. The selection was excellent and the staff was very welcoming.

Everything was exceptional. Even my boyfriend who is not a breakfast person got up every morning to eat breakfast. The CinnaBon rolls were the best and unlimited. Enjoyed the fresh fruit that was available as well as the plethora of hot and cold foods available. The coffee was strong and hot. Really a treat and a great value! The concierge, the breakfast attendants and the service associates at this particular location were all fantastic and really made our stay wonderful!!!!

Not a dislike, but having free coffee available all day would have been perfect. We did appreciate that free ice water was always available in the lobby. Very nice touch because it's just the little things that matter so much!

I like the staff in the breakfast room. The staff (Tess) was very accommodating.

The sofa bed was too old, not comfortable to slept because of the spring of the matress

When I check in I had to wait 45 min When I book I ask for a queen bed with a pool view and shower due to my knee I had surgery that’s why I needed a walk in shower then there was no clean rooms available for what I requested then I was told it probably gonna be 2 hours wait for a room I requested so there was Raul n Gina n training so Raul assist Gina to try and find a room so Raul had to call the cleaning people to see on the list what rooms are actually clean because it says they clean but they wasn’t so the cleaning girl was in the back behind she came out and said just because they mark off that the people check out that don’t mean the rooms are clean and she said it in Spanish so Raul ask Gina what she said she was very rude but anyways Raul step in again to assist me which he knew more than Gina so she said will I take 2 kings beds I said sure but I’m not paying more money she said no so I said let’s check out the room to see if it’s clean before I bring my luggage up here so the room had 2 queen n a tub I wasn’t happy but I took it anyways by this time I was so tired and I needed to get off my knee but with all this said Raul n Gina was very helpful but the cleaning crew didn’t do there job so that Raul N Gina wouldn’t have to go threw what they did that day they apologized but I told them I’m very easy going but the next person not going to be as patience as I was but yes I will come back again .

When you book a room online you expect to check in and your room is ready that’s why you book so it’s no issues when you get there your room is ready and on top of that I paid up front online to make my check in much faster and that didn’t happened please talk to your cleaning staff they need to make sure they doing there job do the front desk don’t have to worry if the room is clean or not
