Clean and beautiful hotel, the front desk was accommodating, the staff was so sweet and kind, we were able to check in hours early, we got a high floor, the customer service was great, the amenities were awesome. The pool is beautiful, the sculpture garden is something to see both during the day and better at night, the lobby get packed with live music in the evening, the food is amazing.

Our room had a weird fishy smell, the iPad had a glitch so we were over charged for room service drinks but did not know there was a glitch until the room service guy told us, the bar kept sending up bad drinks that were watered down but cost $21 each. We weren’t refunded or accommodated for that, a tad bit over priced for food and drinks.

I am confused why do they only have 4 stars, majorly better than many 5 star hotels in the US. spacious clean rooms, bathrooms and even Japanese automatic toilets. Meals at the restaurant are just wow! A bowl of high quality fruit and berries for just 8$. Again food can be easily comparable to a 5star hotel.

You should know it is located 15 mins away from the airport, but for us that was what we were looking for, as we only stayed the nights before and after our cruise. I think it is also positioned well vs Disney parks, only 25-30 mins away, but if you are looking for „walking around“ probably not the right location

The room was fantastic, overall the staff were very good, we felt safe and the decor was outstanding.

My only criticism hence I cannot put top marks were as we were hurricane guests evacuated and trying to put a claim into BA upon our return we had confirmed with reception that we were all splitting the bill to make the claim easier. However they used the two credit cards on file hours before we were due to check out and charged them before our late check out which had been agreed and put on our bill two days prior. The receptionist was v v unhelpful and also claimed she knew nothing about a late check out despite if being put on the room charge.

Unique concept, very avant garde design. Exceptional in pretty much every way, from the lighting to the incredible toilet which must be tried to be believed. Super comfortable, nothing homely or rustic about it, just a very European feel and cool artsy vibes.

Just one thing — the smoke detector is directly above the bed and it flashes like a strobe light all night long . Woke me up at 1:30 am and couldn’t go back to sleep.

We absolutely loved this Hotel. If you like a spacious room, clear, with amazing view and elegant that is a great choice for you. It’s close to the airport so if you’re going to Disney or Universal park will be far from them. I love the Bacan restaurant. The room was ready for us by the way. So we didn’t need to wait. That was awesome.

I love everything.

This is our go-to place when visiting Orlando. Away from the hustle and bustle with enough adult things to walk to in the area. The hotel ambiance has a great vibe. All the restaurants have excellent food at the hotel. Live music in the evening with a fun lounge with a nice vibe.

We liked everything

First off Andrè’s the valet guys was the was the sweetest! It was like 2am my husband and I were exhausted and just drained and his energy just reminded us we on vacation we loved that guy so pleasant helpful and respectful. The FOOD omg I’ve been at a lot of hotel nation wide and the food was hands down the best. The front desk staff was great.

I loved everything.

Loved the free parking and the parking garage was nicely designed. The lobby is beautiful. so many nooks to gather and relax. Well designed throughout with high end touches. Great bars and Bacan was wonderful. The employees at the front desk were great. The architecture in the surrounding are was modern and fun.

It was really difficult to get ice. First time ordered ice via the in-house app for 4:00. Had to cancel at 4:15 because we were headed out. Then ordered again when we got to the room. it took a lot of back and forth on the app before it showed up. The problem was that Haven delivered and they were busy. If you don’t have ice machines then getting ice needs to better facilitated. The next morning encountered slow service at Haven. When the issue was raised to the hostess, she didn’t seem very proactive or engaged. More busy talking to one of the staff. Did not feel like there was a manager who was there to make sure things worked well.

Love the nespresso coffee maker, the mini fridge, comfortable beds, and the electric toilet. Excellent restaurants and beautiful art sculptures in the outdoor garden! Such a beautiful, artsy hotel and located right next to fun Boxi Park!

No ice maker on the floor. Had to call for ice. Wished there was a hot tub at the pool area.

Close distance to airport, mattress was great. Staff friendly, great bathroom, wonderful Toto bidet toilets.

Lobby chairs were too low to be comfortable waiting for ride pickup, arrived very late due to weather delay and no minibar or way to order wine to room.
