I liked the fact that they have a free airport shuttle. The staff was good when they were actually at the front desk. Breakfast was excellent. They have the best cappuccinos and a decent selection of food offerings.

I tried to schedule my free airport shuttle pickup before hand and was told that once I land and collect my bags from baggage claim then call the hotel for my airport pickup. I did as instructed and I called and called but no one picked up my calls. I called about 8 times (no exaggeration) over a 15 min period and finally the front desk picked up. And even when I went downstairs to buy bottled water from the little mart on site (as they do not provide water in my room) there was never anyone at the front desk and I had to wait to pay for my bottles of water. Also, there are 2 elevators but only 1 was working the weekend I stayed there. This was very inconvenient because I was on the 4th floor and the 1 elevator that was working was super slow and always packed.

Very clean, great location. Close to the airport! The best part is the airport shuttle. We had someone pick us up in less than 5 minutes outside the airport terminal.

Large room. Kettle, two sinks, decent bathroom with a bathtub that also has a shower faucet. Large and powerful air conditioner with controls on the wall. Good free breakfast with good selection: boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, cereal with milk, yoghurt, pancakes and waffles.

The elevator was a little slow, and the hotel shuttle took a little long to reach me. I had to transfer to another terminal with a free airport shuttle because the hotel reception told me over the phone they can only reach terminals A and B. Overall, everything was OK.

Wasn’t thrilled about the breakfast

The breakfast would have been better if it were people helping to prepare the pancakes and waffles because some people did not know what they were doing.

This place excceded all my expectations. For being so affordable it was better than most places ive been while paying way more. Nice sellection of breakfast,hot chocolate and coffee when you want it during any time of day or night(if you like it tho). Nice location,many shopping places at walk distances,friendly and helpfull staff,and free ride to airport A+++.Nice and clean rooms too.

Well could have been better if my room were cleaned daily.I mean my first two days no one came but then the rest of the days they did.And the hallway have a light milddew odor,not the rooms tho,and i still havent got my deposit. Other than that nice overall.

How quick check in was.. and a free breakfast as early as 4am

Shuttle from.airport to hotel arrived within five minutes and driver dealt with all luggage. Prompt and pleasant attention at reception with info and advice regarding pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast. Room spacious warm fresh and clean. Well equipped with safe, microwave,'fridge and coffee/tea supplies. Great choice of healthy breakfast options and complimentary coffee/tea available all day. Two comfortable queen beds and pull down sofa bed. Breakfast bar and four chairs gave our little boy somewhere to sit and draw. Bathroom compact but plenty towels, decent bath/shower and Dove toiletries. Shuttle on leaving again driver dealt with luggage. Most impressed with price and service of this hotel just minutes from airport. Congratulations all round.

Nothing to report

The location was good, the hotel shuttle from and to the airport. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. He was someone that you feel comfortable approaching. He was very, very helpful. There was a lady as breakfast who assisted with the hot chocolate machine she was really nice.

There was a guy that worked the desk, he wears glasses, he is small is size. He wasn't as helpful. It felt like he didn't want to help or be bothered even tho it wasn't busy at the desk. He was more checking his smart watch. It was like you were disturbing him.

I like they have the Shuttle service to take you airport-hotel-airport. Friendly staff.

They need to changue or clean the hall carpets / rug smells very bad and looks unclean. Breakfast is good but should they have a vegetarian option too, or at least instead of pork they should have turkey too I booked a suite with one bed and a sofa bed , but at l the front desk lady told me the app booking offers thst kind of room but the hotel doesn’t have it , so “Booking” always make that mistake . 👀 One of the elevators is still not working

Clean and comfortable room. Very conveniently located near the airport.
