This hotel was very pretty and comfortable. I think it is new, or recently renovated. The staff was very helpful with every inquiry we had during our stay. We used the complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport, which was very convenient. They have a car every 30 minutes. You only need to arrange with the reception beforehand to make sure they reserve a spot for you. In addition, there are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. They fitness center is small, but equipped with newest cardio line of Technogym. A few light dumbbells and kettlebells were also present.

Free shuttle to/from airport and around locally. The front desk had the shuttle take us to/from nearby restaurant and pharmacy during our stay. The staff were very helpful. It was clean. Pleasant food for breakfast and dinner. Room was well laid out. Plenty of lights and charging plugs. Multiple blinds for light control. Keurig in room.

Shower water pressure could be a little stronger, but adequate.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly appreciate that staff added the food. So many buffets in hotels have patrons fill their own plates. I think that is unsanitary.

Coffee cups did not have lids. Pool could close earlier. I think it closed at 10 pm. With a very early flight it was difficult to rest with music and children playing.

Location, shuttle to airport and swimming pool facilities

We had to ask 3 times for housekeeping to bring fresh/clean towels - we waited outside by the pool in 90+ degrees for over 2 hours so the housekeeping could access our room - we were out on a tour all morning so they had ample opportunity- really felt uncomfortable repeatedly asking

Very laid back and nice place with very good workers that help you with whatever you need. There is some construction going on inside, but it’s no big deal. The bar is very close to where you check in and the bartender working there was excellent. Fast and good. They have a “restaurant” there as well, but unless you want chicken fingers or a burger, don’t go there hungry. DoorDash does deliver there from many good places.

Close to the airport .The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. We enjoyed a light supper at the lobby bar along with a glass of wine.

They said that a receipt would be sent to my email when I had an early morning checkout. So far no statement. Not enough baggage carts. The mini refrigerator in our room made a sound of running water all night.

Very close to the airport and had a knowledgeable shuttle driver who was able to avoid traffic and get us to our gate on time by dropping us off at an adjacent gate that avoided massive traffic and was only a short additional walk.

Hotel though under renovation / remodeling was clean and contemporary and staff were all accommodating and friendly. Overall a good experience.

The air-con cut in and out during the night, but it wasn’t an inconvenience.

This hotel was in an area near other hotels, all very close to the airport. Having a shuttle and scheduling my shuttle for my flight the next morning when I checked in was a plus. The restaurant was convenient inside the hotels and it was close to other places. I enjoyed meeting the staff and they were so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I don’t know that I have ever stayed anywhere else with staff that smile and love their job. Amazing experience!
