Just a short one-night stay, wish it had been longer. Perfect location to the airport, after I returned my rental car it was very nice having the shuttle available to take you to the airport. The bar was great. travelling alone I felt very comfortable seating at the bar alone enjoying a nice meal and the barman Alberto was very nice.

I thought the price was a little high compared to other hotels I have stayed at but when I factored in the use of the shuttle twice for free versus the cost of two taxi rides it was worth the price.

The room was nice and beds were comfy. Nice restaurant is on the property with a good selection of food. There is a nice lake next to the hotel, great place for a walk. They provide a free shuttle to the airport which is just few minutes away.

Our room was next to the stairs and cleaning staff rooms. Being a light sleeper, it was difficult falling in sleep with the loud noises next to our door. Also, I felt the price was too expensive for one night...

The front desk is by far the best customer service I’ve recvd in a hotel. Check in was also a breeze. Zero complaints here. My husband wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t figure out the heat. Turns out, there isn’t heat, just AC and recirculated air. They brought him up an extra blanket and a space heater. Truly, can’t rave enough about customer service at this property.

The restaurant. Understaffed. As we sat, the table next To us sent their dessert back because it took too long. Another person sat at same table, one person, she ended up conversing with us, she had to get the hostess to get her bill after an hour. We were there for two hours only to receive a bland pizza. and a few sandwiches. All were drinking water only. Please hire more staff as the ones on duty on a Friday night were falling so far behind. They need help, badly.

Very convenient to the airport. Had a flight that kept getting delayed so I moved my flight and booked a room here last minute (on a weekday in early September). Easily got their shuttle from the airport. Check in was quick and easy, room was super comfortable and easy to control the temperature. Had food and drink options open until late. Bed was very comfy and room was clean. Shuttle runs every 30 mins to the airport it seems, and was easy to take in the morning. There are some restaurants/plazas around within 20 minutes walking or an uber ride.

The location was perfect for a pre-cruise stay, shuttle service was super easy to use, the rooms were clean and peaceful, and the pool was a great bonus we really enjoyed.

Breakfast could have been better for the price, and the hotel showed a bit of wear and tear. Also, the room rate felt a little high.

We loved our stay. We were in for a wedding the airport shuttle was excellent! Enjoyed the beautiful pool and sat by the lake! Pool and Pool Bar Restaurant we're great! Deborah at the Pool Bar was the best excellent customer service. The coffee shop was great the front desk was always friendly! Loved our Stay we will be back!

I love the fact how close it was to the airport. Like the shuttle ride from and to the airport. Like the business area and restaurant at the hotel. That it had other things close in walking distance.

It would always be the prices for everything we did. But we had a great time over all.

WE like the hotel & facilities. We like that we can park & leave our car there while away. The shuttle is great both going to the airport & the return. The food was good.

We always seem to have a problem with the gate to get into & out of the parking lot. This time it was a little easier. Other than that it was all good.

We loved the convenience of early check in . The staff was phenomenal all around at the front desk, restaurant and pool bar. We really loved the shuttle driver as well he was very friendly. Although our stay was only for one night, we would definitely revisit this location and stay in Orlando longer. Thank you

I liked the room, proximity to the airport and the strong sense of luxury.

I was disappointed a little with the restaurant which closed at Midnight sharp and didn't deliver to the room. I understand they have to go home, but we also checked in very late from our journey and were tired. Also, you charge way too high for everything for mediocre food. Even the water like 7 bucks or so. Come on.
