Close to the airport

Shuttle service...I do understand stand that it is a free service but to send a shuttle to pick up people when you know their is a party waiting with 3 and another of 4 and the driver to stay when he gets out I only have room for 2 people??? We are asked when we call how many are in our party? It's very frustrating to us who are waiting....Then to hear the person at the front desk say well it is a courtesy of the hotel to do this ...I'm sure we are paying for it in our hotel price It doesn't make me want to think of your brand to stay at again even though everything else was great

Great location, nicer decor and room than expected for the great price. The free breakfast was also better than expected. Can easily eat low carb and fairly healthy if so desired which was a plus. Our double bed room was well appointed, modern and larger than normal. Super convenient location with nice shaded walking paths and many shops and a few restuarants in the business park across the street. Highly recommend!

Room was nice, spacious, and clean. We were given complementary water and staff was friendly.

They make it sound like there is a shuttle specifically for the hotel that provides trips back and forth between the airport and hotel whenever you need it. However, this is incorrect. The shuttle is through a second company who goes to multiple hotels. Thus we had to wait till the bus’ second trip because the first time it was full, which meant waiting an additional 30 minutes, and then you also have to make a reservation ahead of time to shuttle back to the airport from the hotel. This wouldn’t have been such an issue if they hadn’t made it sound like it’s a service that is available for you anytime.

The staff was amazing. Upon checking in, Galina greeted us with a smile and beautiful attitude. She was very professional and helpful. She made sure that my family and I were all set for transportation to the airport upon checking in. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciated that.

The staff, particularly a male member, I didn't get his name, also did some maintenance. He went above and beyond to help with my things as my husband can't really help much. So appreciated.

The breakfast. For a fancy hotel it could have had something like crispy bacon instead of flimsy bacon, not a lot of hot food lots of off brand cereal and yogurt

The check-in staff were friendly and they have free shuttle bus to/from the airport! I enjoyed the stay there, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable.

I wish they could have room service every day instead of every other day... but it is not a big inconvenience for us.

Breakfast was nice and satisfactory. Breakfast area had sufficient room. Staff visited the area and made sure there was sufficient food for all.

We ate outside. Having to use the card to get in every time we wanted to grab something was annoying. It may be beneficial to allow pool side doors to be unlocked during breakfast.

The property was clean and the staff was amazing! It was quiet and made traveling with a service dog amazing!

It was easily accessible and was easy with a medical service dog!

It was very clean and smelled clean. Facilities seemed new. Staff was courteous and efficient. The suites were very comfortable. The space felt well designed.

The pool was not heated, but staff said we could use hot tub at hotel from same chain nearby.
