Hotel was booked via booking.com once our flight was delayed. Reservation made quickly. I telephoned the hotel and was able to schedule a shuttle to the airport. At checkin, the clerk noted the shuttle was not available when needed the next morning, the clerk suggested a morning Uber. I was able to schedule the Uber before heading to bed so that information was appreciated.

The shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive to the airport which was excessive given the hotel was only 2 miles from the airport. The free shuttle is not available until 5am although flights begin earlier. The TV turned on automatically at 2:09AM; this is the same time the hotel receipt was emailed to me. This was not at all appreciated. It woke me up and I was not able to go back to sleep so I had less than 2 hours of sleep.

I like how friendly the staff was. It felt like a family welcoming you with open arms. The room was lovely. If you ever needed anything, they would happily assist. It's located near restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel itself has a convenience store, and the pricing wasn't bad. The breakfast was tasty and fulfilling.

The bathroom had a loud noise, and I wasn't sure what the sound came from, but it could be easily solved by closing the door. I didn't like that to wash and dry it cost $2.50 each, but to purchase items to wash and dry was $1(I'm fine with that price).

The hotel is centrally located, rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle that will transport you every 30 minutes from 5am to 11:45 PM to and from the airport. My family and I went on a cruise and upon arrival back to the port I called the front desk and spoke with Emily and she had a room for us to check into early instead of having to wait until the regular 3PM check in time. We were very grateful for that!

Very clean. Big room. Well-stocked kitchen. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Great breakfast - and I am a little picky.

The smell they use in the main areas is so overwhelming. It gave me a headache. It is some type of air freshener that was WAY overboard. I actually will not be staying here again simply because of the smell.

Clean place very well priced , good breakfast and close to the airport would definitely stay again .

The aircon in the room can be a bit noisy nothing serious but that’s the only thing.

The breakfast was good, but I would have liked some decaf coffee. Then gentleman at the front desk was very helpful; I was completely exhausted and was able to get a quiet room and late checkout.

I wish a restaurant either on site or nearby could have been an option for lunch. Airport food…ugh.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, easy access to the airport, with their helpful shuttle, and has a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

We didn't experience any issues during our stay. The outside waiting area was really busy when waiting for our Uber.

The lobby and shuttle staff were so friendly, patient, helpful. The room was big and comfortable, even had a lovely garden view. Food was yummy.

However, the early morning breakfast server was upset and scolding customers, so it made breakfast very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was generally fine. Glad that the menu varied a little bit both days we stayed.

Arranging the airport shuttle was a little bit tricky. We arrived by Brightline, and it was a little confusing figuring out how to arrange the airport shuttle.
