Close to airport with free shuttle (no parking/rental fee, but you’ll have plane noise), RI amenity like full kitchen and free breakfast, outdoor pool/jacuzzi, did recognize bonvoy status on third party booking, can walk to restaurants

Breakfast selection more frugal than other RIs, aftermoon shuttle driver was grumpier than the cheerful early AM guy,

The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. They upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. We had a kitchen area to prepare meals. I was able to walk to local stores to pick things up. We also enjoyed breakfast and the pool area. I would definitely stay there again.

Some construction going on as they renovated, but it was only during the day so it wasn’t bad.

the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding the morning staff was accomdating and very flexible however the night person a gentleman could use some soft skill training being in the customer service industry for over 30 years .it's not what you say but how you say it .I felt as if he was very direct but kinda abrupt.

it's was a amazing stay

The location of the hotel was very close to the airport. I was very impressed of the style of the room and how it was designed. The property was well kept. The breakfast setup was excellent and the food was delightful.

The shuttle bus was disappointing. I had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle transportation even though it is 6 minutes from the airport.

Clean rooms, enough facilities for a very comfortable stay, coffee at the lobby, yummy breakfast AND staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room has a stove top, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and toaster making our stay feel like being home away from home. I was especially thrilled of the washer dryer. We went home with our clothes clean. One big chore done!

If I will nitpick, the sofa bed’s mattress has been used way past it’s capacity. The springs were pushed out badly and is unsleepable.

They were able to check us in early and they let us use the pool while we waited. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The ride to the airport departures terminal was quick and easy.

The staff was so friendly & helpful! The breakfast was delicious! Everything was clean! Great location!

The a/c in the room was very loud! The beds could be more comfortable!

It’s clean and nice. The front desk guy who initially appeared distant turned out to be a nice guy. He’s great.

The AC unit was too noisy. It prevented me from sleeping

The staff was very nice, the hotel was beautiful with a lot of amenities. We would definitely go back. Very classy.

We have zero complaints. The rooms were cleaned immaculately + everyone was very nice.
