Our flight out of Orlando got canceled and we needed a last minute hotel, luckily there was availability. It was super close to the airport which was nice. Room was clean and comfy. We didn't use pool, fitness or dine there due to leaving early the next morning but everything looked nice.

When we walked around in the evening there was a group of men out by the pool smoking marijuana, not the type of environment I wanted to hang out with my daughter in so we headed up to room and just stayed there for the night.

EVERYTHING. Room itself was nice. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable, room was clean & spacious. Staff we interacted with (bar/resturant, front desk, shuttle service) all friendly & helpful. Our stay was short but pleasant.

if we could have stayed longer and tried some of the other amenities I have no doubt they would be exceptional. Its been a very long time since I've stayed somewhere that met or exceeded my expectations.

The immediate greeting from the minute we drove up to check in. Doors opened and greeted us through to the lobby. We were able to drive our lease back to Aviation and call for a pick up. Very polite,kind and quick service. Gorgeous decor.in the lobby . Restaurant was convenient and again the staff were very good. Food was delicious. It was an amazing experience from beginning to when we left in the morning Would definitely book again and this wonderful hotel!

location, staff great esp Helen server and morning server at restaurant (missed her name). Both shuttle drivers - evening 10 Sep and morning 11 Sep. were excellent. Room was fine.

Flashing smoke alarm continuously - in spite if request to fix it, nothing was done. Room 315. On arrival Sunday evening Sep 9, check in person was very difficult to understand. His English appeared to be quite limited. He was very polite. Elevator was long distance from lobby. Espresso machine not working this morning Sep 12.

The room was clean and nice. The bed was a little to soft for me. The housekeeper was very friendly and nice. Location was very good for me. I loved the separation of the bedroom area and living/kitchenette area. Felt safe and comfortable. Will return.

I really cannot think of anything now. I had one issue with the toilet and that was solved.

From the start the shuttle driver who picked me up was amazing. I knew everything I needed to know before I got to the hotel. I was able to set up a shuttle ride for the morning super easy at the from desk and the server and bartender in the restaurant were super friendly and nice.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the property is nice, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is wonderful.

It was a very big room, clean and breakfast included. Staff was nice and helpfull

My son his phone on the shuttle bus on our way to the airport and the driver tried to charge us to give it back. We already tipped him when he dropped us of. We didn't have much cash on us and he wasn't content with what we were able to.give

The amenities, especially the pool with half indoor and half outdoor, are definitely amazing for a quick dip. It's an amazing value for money and just very relaxing overall. Don't think i could have asked for a more value for money.

None. There was nothing I found that I didn't like.

The young gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. I called several times with various inquiries and he always answered politely. I also liked that we weren’t charged extra for extra people staying in the room.

Breakfast had several dry items. Didn’t seem worth the price per head. Server, elderly gentleman, also seemed a bit disgruntled.

Located a few minutes from MCO

The sofa bed wasn’t very clean looking. As I was travelling with my brother, we thought one of us might sleep on the sofa bed and shut the dividing doors. However, I felt the sofa was used for luggage and that’s why it didn’t seem clean.
