Our flight out of Orlando got canceled and we needed a last minute hotel, luckily there was availability. It was super close to the airport which was nice. Room was clean and comfy. We didn't use pool, fitness or dine there due to leaving early the next morning but everything looked nice.

When we walked around in the evening there was a group of men out by the pool smoking marijuana, not the type of environment I wanted to hang out with my daughter in so we headed up to room and just stayed there for the night.

Everything about this hotel was above what I expected! They were helpful in every way. Right down to the bartender giving me his own personal lighter to have a cigarette. They were very clean and affordable rooms with top shelf amenities. We will definitely be staying here and other Sheraton hotels when we travel from now on. Thank you to all the staff who made this a memorable final stay on our FLORIDA vacation.

The indoor pool was not available

I absolutely loved the hotel, I loved how friendly the staff was, the quietness, the view and especially size of my room, I loved how convenient the airport shuttle was to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t know the pool was half under construction, a major part of the reason why I booked this hotel was to utilize the neat looking pool with the waterfall as pictured…

EVERYTHING. Room itself was nice. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable, room was clean & spacious. Staff we interacted with (bar/resturant, front desk, shuttle service) all friendly & helpful. Our stay was short but pleasant.

if we could have stayed longer and tried some of the other amenities I have no doubt they would be exceptional. Its been a very long time since I've stayed somewhere that met or exceeded my expectations.

Spacious rooms and great value. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant operating until late. The pool seems to be well maintained and nice gardens around it. Great location near the airport and plenty of restaurants in a short driving distance. Easy to get to different neighborhoods around Orlando.

The immediate greeting from the minute we drove up to check in. Doors opened and greeted us through to the lobby. We were able to drive our lease back to Aviation and call for a pick up. Very polite,kind and quick service. Gorgeous decor.in the lobby . Restaurant was convenient and again the staff were very good. Food was delicious. It was an amazing experience from beginning to when we left in the morning Would definitely book again and this wonderful hotel!

Nothing for complaints.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable after a very long trip to Orlando. The breakfast was phenomenal for our family. The staff were so kind and attentive. Our stay helped us to recover after a long journey before our start to Disney World.

The room was clean and nice. The bed was a little to soft for me. The housekeeper was very friendly and nice. Location was very good for me. I loved the separation of the bedroom area and living/kitchenette area. Felt safe and comfortable. Will return.

I really cannot think of anything now. I had one issue with the toilet and that was solved.

The location was great! Conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants and stores! The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was very good!

The bathroom itself was a bit small. Parking not included with room booking. Parking is managed by the airport and its $18 per day.

location, staff great esp Helen server and morning server at restaurant (missed her name). Both shuttle drivers - evening 10 Sep and morning 11 Sep. were excellent. Room was fine.

Flashing smoke alarm continuously - in spite if request to fix it, nothing was done. Room 315. On arrival Sunday evening Sep 9, check in person was very difficult to understand. His English appeared to be quite limited. He was very polite. Elevator was long distance from lobby. Espresso machine not working this morning Sep 12.
